Monteur in der Lage, über die fahrende
Rolltreppe zum Einsatzort zu gelangen.
GrößereWirtschaftlichkeit
Das überzeugendste Argument für diese
Reparaturmethode ist sicherlich das sicher-
lich gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Statt
einer Stillstandszeit von 3 bis 4 Wochen
hat der Betreiber jetzt nur noch eine Still-
standszeit von 1 bis 2 Tagen abhängig von
derAnzahl der Stufen sowie derAnzahl der
Reparaturen pro Stufe hinzunehmen. Ge-
genüber dem Verfahren mittels Auftrags-
schweißen lassen sichmit EsCare deutliche

Well-coordinated team
The time needed for the repair differs depend-
ing on the number of steps on the escalators
and the number of repairs per step. For an
escalator with about 75 steps and about three
repairs per step, a three-person service team
needs about eight to ten hours. After this, the
escalator is immediately ready for public access
again. A four-person team needs about 1.5
working days to repair an escalator with 120
steps. Escalator repairs are carried out either
during the day and/or at night, but usually
when a building is open to the public.

Eigenes eingespieltes Team
Die Einsatzzeit der Reparatur differiert je
nach Anzahl der Stufen der Fahrtreppen
und nach Anzahl der Reparaturen pro
Stufe. Bei einer Treppe mit rd. 75 Stufen
und ca. 3 Reparaturen pro Stufe benötigt
das eigene 3-köpfige Service-Team ca. 8 bis
10 Stunden. Danach ist die Treppe für den
öffentlichenVerkehr sofort wieder einsatz-
bereit. Für die Reparatur einer Fahrtreppe
mit 120 Stufen benötigt ein 4-köpfiges Ein-
satzteam ca. 1,5 Arbeitstage. Die Fahrtrep-
penreparaturen werden entweder tagsüber
und/oder nachts durchgeführt. Zumeist
aber während der Publikumszeiten eines
Objektes.
