Egon Mischler kann auf über
50 Jahre Erfahrung in seinem
erfolgreichen und beweg-
ten Berufsleben in der Roll-
ladenbranche zurückschau-
en, ohne dabei den Blick für
zukünftige strategische Ge-
schäftsfelder zu verlieren.
Beim 50. Jubiläum der R+T
kann er ordentlich mitfeiern:
Er ist nämlich seit der ersten
Ausgabe der Weltleitmesse,
der R65, jedes Mal mit dabei
gewesen!
Den Einstieg in die Rollladen-
branche bekam Egon Misch-
ler 1964 bei der Aluminium-
Walzwerken Singen GmbH.
Hier war er maßgeblich bei
der technischen Entwicklung
von stranggepressten Alumi-
niumprofilen für den Son-
nenschutz beteiligt. Jedoch
war er nicht nur im techni-
schen Bereich tätig, sondern
knüpfte seine ersten Bran-
chen- und Kundenkontak-
te durch Messeauftritte und
persönlichen Beratungs- und
Verkaufsverhandlungen und
machte sich einen Namen –
es kristallisierten sich die ver-
triebstechnischen
Stärken
von Egon Mischler heraus.
1967 wurde Egon Mischler
in den Lieferantenbeirat des
Bundesverbands Deutscher
Rollladenhersteller berufen.
Nach Zwischenstationen in
der Rollladenbranche stieg er

1974 als Gesellschafter und
Geschäftsführer in die Firma
Rieko in Pliezhausen ein. Rie-
ko produzierte bis zu diesem
Zeitpunkt Kunststoffprofile
für Rollläden. Egon Mischler
erweiterte die Produktpalet-
te um den Aluminiumsektor
und erschloss neue strategi-
sche Märkte der Möbel, Ma-
schinenbau und Fahrzeugin-
dustrie. Schnell expandierte
das Unternehmen und bau-
te eine neue Produktionsstät-
te am Standort.
EgonMischler bewegte durch
sein Engagement viel und
setzte neue Maßstäbe in der
Branche. Regelmäßige Auf-
tritte auf Fachmessen, wie auf
der R+T, Brandschutz Han-
nover etc. spiegeln die Profes-
sionalität des Unternehmens
wider. Rieko zählt heute zu
den wichtigsten Lieferanten
der Möbel-, Maschinen- und
Feuerwehrfahrzeugbranche
von Rollabschlüssen, Rollgit-
tern, E-Antrieben und Zube-
hör.
1979 gründete Egon Mischler
zudem die Firma MKU und
baute 1996 eine Produktions-
halle mit modernem Maschi-
nenpark in Unterbreizbach,
Thüringen. MKU ist speziali-
siert auf die Blechbearbeitung
zu Profilen und Fassaden so-
wohl im Standard als auch
im Individualbereich. Sowohl
bei maßgeschneiderten Ni-
schenprodukten als auch in
der Serienfertigung ist Flexi-
bilität und hohe zertifizierte
Qualität die Stärke des Un-
ternehmens.
2001 gingen sämtliche Fir-
menanteile sowohl von Rie-
ko als auch von MKU an die
Familie Mischler über. Egon
Mischler und sein Sohn Sven
Mischler, bereits langjähriger
Mitarbeiter, übernahmen ge-
meinsam die Geschäftsfüh-
rung beider Firmen und sind
bis heute gemeinsam erfolg-
reich tätig.
Der Name Egon Mischler
steht für Qualität, Innovation
und Tradition als Geschäfts-
führer eines Familienunter-
nehmens, der bis heute Kopf
des Vertriebs und gemein-
sam mit seinem Sohn Sven
Mischler erfolgreich strate-
gische Ziele weiter verfolgt.
Auch in diesem Jahr freut sich
Egon Mischler darauf, Sie auf
der R+T 2015 auf dem Stand
Halle 5 C20 zu begrüßen.

Egon Mischler ist seit über 50

Egon Mischler has
been working in the industry for

Walzwerken Singen GmbH
in 1964. Here he had an im-
portant share in the techni-
cal development of extruded
aluminium profiles for sun
protection. However, he was
not only active in the tech-
nical field, but also made his
first industry and custom-
er contacts through attend-
ing trade fairs and personal
consultation and sales nego-
tiations, making a name for
himself – his sales-related
strengths took shape. In 1967
Egon Mischler was appoint-
ed to the Suppliers’ Advisory
Committee of the German
Association of Roller Shutter
Manufacturers.
After various positions in
the roller shutter industry,
Egon Mischler joined Rieko in
Pliezhausen as partner and
managing director. Up to this
time Rieko had been produc-
ing plastic profiles for roller
shutters. Egon Mischler ex-
panded the product range
with the aluminium sector
and developed new strategic
markets in the furniture, me-
chanical engineering and ve-
hicle industry. The company
quickly expanded and built
another production facility
at the location. Egon Mischler
accomplished a lot through
his commitment and set new
standards in the industry.
Regular attendance of trade
fairs, such as the R+T, Brand-
schutz Hannover, etc. reflect-
ed the professionalism of the
company. Today Rieko is one
of the most important sup-
pliers of the furniture, me-
chanical engineering and fire
brigade vehicle segment for
roller shutters, roller grilles, e-
drives and accessories.
In addition, in 1979 Egon
Mischler established the com-
pany MKU and in 1996 built
a production hall with mod-
ern plant in Unterbreizbach,
Thüringen. MKU is specialised
in sheet metal processing
for profiles and facades both
in the standard as well as in
the tailored area. Flexibility
and high certified quality are
the strengths of the company
both in custom-made niche
products as well as in serial
production.
In 2001 all company shares
of Rieko as well as of MKU
passed to the Mischler fam-
ily. Egon Mischler and his
son Sven Mischler, already a
member of the companies
for many years, assumed the
joint management of both
companies, and are in suc-
cessful operation to this day.
The name Egon Mischler
stands for quality, innovation
and tradition as managing
director of a family company,
who to this day is the head
of sales and together with
his son Sven Mischler contin-
ues to pursue strategic goals
successfully. Egon Mischler is
also looking forward to wel-
coming you at his stand in
Hall 5 C20 at the R+T 2015.
