Standards in focus: stand-
ards and guidelines increasingly dominate
the lift market, which is why the experts of
the member companies of the VFA cooper-
ate actively in the committees of DIN, CEN,
ISO and VDI on technical regulations. You

aus 12 Ländern referieren zu den dies­

te im Aufzug sowie
Aufzugslösungen in
privat genutzten Im-
mobilien). Zusätzlich
gibt es täglich einen
Beitrag des interlift
2013-Partnerlandes
Italien. Dem Publi-
kum werden aktuelle
Inhalte und anschlie-
ßend die Gelegenheit
zu Diskussion und
Meinungsaustausch geboten.
Für Interessierte gibt es am VFA-Stand
neben dem VFA-Forum Informationen
über eine Mitgliedschaft imVFA.
The VFA-Forum in hall 2 will once
again feature a top flight internation-
al panel of specialists, guaranteeing
an interesting mixture of talks. Forty-seven
experts from twelve countries will talk
about this year’s central topics (standards,
international markets, new products and
services, design and configuration ele-
ments in lifts and lift solutions
in privately-used buildings).
In addition, there will be a
daily contribution by interlift
2013’s partner country Italy.
The audience can look for-
ward to up-to-date content
followed by the opportunity
for discussion and an ex-
change of opinions.
Information on VFA mem-
bership will be available
to interested parties at the
VFA booth next to the VFA
Forum.

Ich war bei allen interlifts in Augsburg
dabei und konnte die hervorragende
Entwicklung beobachten. Die interlift
ist für mich ein absolutes Muss: Es ist das
Branchentreffen, besonders
für den Mittelstand – sei es
auf Seiten der Aussteller oder
bei den Besuchern. Insbeson-
dere in Vorbereitung auf die
neuen Normen, wie EN 81-
20 und -50, oder den Einzug
von Industriekomponenten
im Steuerungsbau, bin ich
auf neue Produkte gespannt.
Viele unserer europäischen
Lieferantenpartner sind hier
als Aussteller vertreten. Das
bietet uns die Möglichkeit
kompakter Informationen
über die Neuigkeiten und
Innovationen. Nicht zu ver-
gessen: die vielen persönlichen Kon-
takte und der fachliche Austausch. Die
Leitmesse bietet die einmalige Chance
neue Lieferanten auf kurzem Weg zu
„entdecken“, Markt- und Lieferalter-
nativen zu prüfen, Ideen und Impulse
aufzunehmen.
Als Organisation sind
wir natürlich selbst
auch vertreten und bie-
ten eine Anlaufstelle
für unsere Mitglieder
und Interessenten. Ge-
meinsam mit derVmA
haben wir einen Mes-
sestand in Halle 2.
Ihave attended every
interlift in Augsburg
and was able to wit-
ness its tremendous
development. The inter-
lift is an absolute must:
it is the industry meeting, especially for
SMEs – whether on the part of exhibitors
or visitors. I am very much looking for-
ward to the new products, particularly in
preparation for the new standards, such
as EN 81-20 and -50 or with regard to the
entry of industrial components in control
construction. Many of our European sup-
plier partners will be here as exhibitors.
This will give us the opportunity for more
concise information on new features and
innovations. Not to be forgotten either
are the many personal contacts and shop
talk. The leading fair provides the unique
opportunity to “discover” new suppliers
without travelling far, inspecting market
and supplier alternatives and absorbing
new ideas.
As an organisation we are of course repre-
sented and will be offering a contact point
for our members and interested parties.
We have a booth in hall 2 together with
the VmA.
