tenlieferanten für Antriebstech-
nik, Sicherheitstechnik, allge-
meine Aufzugstechnik und Türen stellt
die LiftEquip GmbH neben ihren MRL
Lösungen auch für den Bereich der
Modernisierung und den Umbau im Be-
stand – der in Deutschland und Europa
auf Grund der Anlagen im Beststand ein
wichtiges Standbein der Montagebetrie-
be ist – Lösungen vor, die als Komplett-
lösungen mit variablen Adaptionen an
Ihre Problemstellung angepasst werden

In diesem Jahr wird die GS electronic
Gebr. Schönweitz GmbH als führen-
der Anbieter von Aufzug- & Haus-
notrufsystemen wieder an der interlift
teilnehmen.
Ein Kernthema auf der interlift 2013 im
Bereich der Aufzugnotrufsysteme wird
die Veränderung der Telekommunika-
tionsmärkte sein. Zukünftig werden
Telefonanschlüsse nur noch als Next
Generation Network (NGN) Anschlüsse
und nicht mehr als analoge Hauptan-
schlüsse verfügbar sein. Darauf hat die
GS electronic rechtzeitig reagiert und
Systeme für NGN-Anschlüsse sowie
GSM-Notrufsysteme entwickelt und ins
Produktsortiment aufgenommen. Diese
werden als LIFTDialog.NGN Varianten
bzw. als LIFTDialog.GSM in Augsburg
vorgestellt. Interessant ist, dass auch
bereits verbaute Systeme für die neue
Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur per
Upgrade angepasst werden können. Hier
besteht ein hohes Einsparpotential für
Betreiber und Aufzugunternehmen.
Die GS Notruf- & Serviceleitstelle mit
mehr als 68 000 aufgeschalteten Melde-
systemen und weitere GS Produkte, wie
das Vitakt Vario Hausnotrufsystem und
die PICOGuard Einbruchmeldeanlage,
stehen ebenfalls im Fokus der diesjäh-
rigen Messe.

T his year GS electron-
ic Gebr. Schönweitz
GmbH as a provider
of lift and building emergency
call systems will once again
taking part in interlift.
In the field of lift emergency
call systems the change
in the telecommunications
markets will be a central
topic at interlift 2013. In fu-
ture, telephone connections
will only be available as next
generation network (NGN)
connections and no longer
as analogue main stations.
GS electronic has reacted
in time to this change and
developed NGN connec-
tions and GSM emergency
call systems, which it has
included in its product range.
These will be presented as
LIFTDialog.NGN versions
or LIFTDialog.GSM in Augs-
burg. What is interesting
is that systems already installed can be
adjusted for the new telecommunications
infrastructure by upgrade. This represents
a great savings potential for operators and
lift companies.
At this year’s fair the focus will also be on
the GS emergency call & service control
centre with more than 68,000 alarms
systems connected and additional GS
products, like the Vitakt Vario building
emergency call system and PICOGuard
burglar alarm.

Wo Personen- oder Waren-
aufzüge im Einsatz sind, ist
höchste Verlässlichkeit gefor-
dert. Den Grundstein dazu bildet eine
optimale Schmierung der Anlage. Das
speziell entwickelte simalube Schmier-
set – bestehend aus Ölspender, Bürste
und Befestigungssupport – schmiert die
Aufzüge automatisch, kontinuierlich und
wirtschaftlich. Die einfache Installation,
die stufenlos einstellbare Laufzeit und die
absolut zuverlässige, präzise Schmierung
machen simalube zu einemeinzigartigen
und unverzichtbaren System für Aufzüge
aller Art.
Einzigartiges Schmiersystem
Das Aufzugsschienen-Schmiersystem
von simatec ag besteht aus einemGrund-
körper mit gefederten Bürsten, welcher
einen simalube Schmierstoffspender
trägt. Das Schmierset wird mit einem
einfachen Winkel oder einem Support
direkt am Führungsschuh befestigt.
Der Bürstenkörper mit dem Schmier-
stoffspender trägt nun bei jeder Bewe-
gung des Lifts den Schmierstoff konti-
nuierlich auf die Aufzugsschienen auf.
Der Schmierstoffspender sorgt dafür,
dass die Bürsten immer gleichmäßig und
tropffrei mit genügend Öl versorgt sind.
Das Aufzugsschienen-Schmiersystem
ist einsetzbar für alle Führungsschienen
von 5–16 mm Breite bis 25 mm Tiefe.
Die gefederten Bürsten passen sich der
Schienenbreite automatisch an. Damit
ist das Nachrüsten bestehender Aufzüge
genauso einfachwie eine Erstinstallation.
Die Vorteile liegen auf der Hand
Aufzüge, die mit dem Aufzugsschienen-
Schmiersystem ausgerüstet sind, laufen
wesentlich ruhiger, auch wegen der Rei-
nigung der Führungsschienen durch die
Bürsten. Zudem spart man die Reinigung
des Liftschachts und der Kabine, da keine
Öllachen und -spritzer mehr den Aufzug
verschmutzen. Gleichzeitig wird die
Arbeitssicherheit erhöht, weil die Aus-
rutschgefahr auf öligemBodenminimiert
ist und mit dem Schmierstoffspender
simalube das Nachfüllen der Schmierein-
heiten auf dem Kabinendach bzw. dem
Gegengewicht mit der Ölkanne entfällt.
Zwei der weltweit größtenAufzugsfirmen
haben das simatec Aufzugsschienen-
Schmierset in ihr Programm aufge-
nommen. Hunderte von Aufzügen aller
bekannten Fabrikate sind bereitsmit dem
Aufzugsschienen-Schmierset ausgerüstet.
Auch für Fahrtreppen und -steige bietet
simatec passende Schmiersysteme an.
Einzigartige Technologie
Der Schmierstoffspender schmiert auto-
matisch für die Dauer von einem Monat
bis zueinemJahr.Die gewünschteLaufzeit
kann am Spender stufenlos eingestellt
werden. Typischerweise werden für
Aufzüge Spender der Größe 125 ml mit
einer Laufzeit von 6-12 Monaten, je nach
Frequentierung, eingestellt. Angetrieben
wirdder simalube vonderweltweit paten-
tiertenGasentwicklungszelle.Das von der
Zelle erzeugteGas baut imSpender hinter
einemKolbendenÜberdruck auf,welcher
den Schmierstoff automatisch und gleich-
mäßig in die Schmierstelle presst.
Umweltfreundlich entsorgen
Wenn der Schmierstoffspender leer ist,
kann er entweder einfach wiederbefüllt
oder umweltfreundlich entsorgt werden.
Dies ist möglich, weil der Spender keine
giftigen Flüssigkeiten, wie Säuren o. ä.
enthält und sämtliche Teile recycelbar
sind. Die Gasentwicklungszelle wird
wie eine gewöhnliche Batterie, das lee-
re Spendergehäuse als normaler Müll
entsorgt.

Wherever elevators are in opera-
tion, whether for people or for
goods, the utmost reliability is
required. The key to achieving this reli-
ability is an optimized lubrication regimen
for the conveying system. The specially
designed and developed simalube lubri-
cation set – consisting of an oil dispenser,
brush, and mounting support – lubricates
the elevators automatically, continuously
and economically. The ease of installa-
tion, infinitely adjustable time settings
and extremely reliable lubrication, make
simalube a unique and indispensable
system for all kinds of elevators.
Unique lubrication system
The elevator lubrication system con-
sists of a main body with spring-loaded
brushes, which holds a simalube lubrica-
tor. The lubrication set is mounted directly
on the guide shoe with a simple bracket
or a support. The body of the brush, along
with the lubricator, carries and applies the
lubricant continuously along the lift rails.
The lubricator ensures that the brushes
are always evenly supplied with enough
oil without excess overflow or dripping.
The lift rail lubrication system is used for
all guide rails from 5-16 mm width and 25
mm depth. The spring-loaded brushes ad-
just to the bar width automatically. There
is merely a one-time simple installation to
retrofit existing elevators.
The advantages are obvious
Elevators which are equipped with the
elevator lubrication system run much
smoother. This is in part due to the way
that the brush cleans the guide rails. This
also allows one to save time and money
on the cleaning of the elevator shaft and
cab, as there are no oil spills and splashes
on the elevator. At the same time, safety
in the work place is increased because
the danger of slipping on an oily surface
is minimized. By using a simalube lu-
bricator, the need to refill the lubricator
with lubricant through the top of the unit
i.e. a counter weight using a can of oil is
eliminated.
Two of the world‘s largest elevator com-
panies have included the simatec lubri-
cation set in their maintenance program.
Hundreds of lifts from these well known
brands are already equipped with the lift
rail lubrication set. simatec proudly of-
fers you the right lubrication systems for
escalators and moving walkways.
Unique Technology
The lubricator lubricates automatically for
a period of one month to one year. The
desired duration can be easily adjusted
on the lubricator. Typically, the 125 ml size
lubricator for elevators is adjusted to a
running time of 6 – 12 months, depending
on what is required. simalube is powered
by the worldwide patented gas produc-
ing dry-cell. The pressure generated by
the gas cell builds behind a piston in the
lubricator, which presses the lubricant
automatically and evenly into the lubrica-
tion point.
Environmentally-friendly disposal
If the lubricator is empty, it can be either
easily refilled or disposed of without harm-
ing the environment. This is possible be-
cause the lubricator does not contain toxic
elements such as acids, etc., and all the
components of the device are recyclable.
The build up of gas from the cell is similar
to that of an ordinary battery. It can be
disposed as normal waste.
