Das Notruftelefon
SafeLine MX2 von
SafeLine gilt allge-
mein als eines der kleins-
tenNotruf-Telefonsysteme,
das weltweit den EN81-
28 und EN81-70-Normen
entspricht. SafeLine stellt
nun auf der interlift das
neue Modell MX3 vor, das
ebenfalls in Übereinstim-
mungmit den EN81-28 und
EN81-70-Richtlinien steht,
vom Format aber deutlich
platzsparender ausfällt und
durch neue Funktionen
das System bereichert. Als
Referenzwert für die ge-
ringere Größe des MX3 gilt
die Stärke des Gerätes, das
gegenüber dem MX2 mit
18 mm nur 12,5 mm misst.
Einige der neuen Funktio-
nen des SafeLine MX3 be-
inhaltenEin- undAusgänge
für die Verbindung mit externen Pikto-
grammen sowie für Aufzugsingenieure
die Möglichkeit, eine Konfiguration des
MX3 unter Einsatz von NFC (Nahbe-
reichskommunikation) zu erstellen.
Frühere SafeLine Modelle verfügten
über verschiedene Optionen für Konfi-
gurationen, darunter eine Konfiguration
über die Bedientastatur der Anlage, über
Fernanruf, über eineVor-Ort-Verbindung
mit einem Laptop oder über eine Fern-
verbindung mithilfe eines Modems. Auf-
zugskonstrukteure begrüßen die leichtere
Installationsmöglichkeit eines SafeLine
Notruftelefons durchHalten eines Smart-
phones im Nahbereich eines MX3.
Im Kontrast zum MX2 verfügt das MX3
über hinterleuchtete Piktogramme sowie
Andockmöglichkeiten für eine optionale
Hörhilfe und eine Gegensprechanlage.
Neben diversen neuartigen Funktionen
teilt das MX3 aber folgende Features mit
dem MX2:

Ebenfalls auf der interlift wird das GSM
Modul SafeLine GL6 vorgestellt werden,
das bei Batterieausfall je nach Konfigura-
tion eine SMS an bis zu drei Empfänger
senden kann. Das GL6 umfasst auch in-
tegrierte Intercom-Funktionen.

SafeLine’s emergency lift telephone
SafeLine MX2 is usually recognized
as one of the smallest emergency lift
telephone system that complies to EN81-
28 and EN81-70 in the world. The SafeLine
Group will launch the new model SafeLine
MX3 at interlift. The newmodel complies to
EN81-28 and EN81-70, and the format is
even smaller while new functions has been

added. As a reference of the new smaller
size of the MX3 is the thickness of the unit;
MX3 is only 12.5mmwhileMX2 was 18mm.
Some of the new functions of the Safe-
Line MX3 include inputs and outputs for
connection of external pictograms as well
as the possibility for the lift engineers to
configure MX3 using NFC – Near Field
Communication.
Earlier SafeLine models have had several
options for configuration; including config-
uring via the unit’s keyboard, from remote
via calling the unit, connecting to the unit
with a laptop onsite or by connecting from
remote using a modem. Lift engineers in-
stalling SafeLine emergency lift telephones
will find the installation even easier by
configuring the unit by holding their smart-
phone in close proximity to the MX3.
Additional new in the MX3 compared to
MX2 is that MX3 is available with back-
ground lit pictograms, an optional hearing
loop can be connected and an optional
voice station can also be connected. Other
than the several new functions theMX3 has
a lot in common with MX2, for example:
EN81-28 and EN81-70 compatible, up to
four telephone numbers using P100, CPC,
Q23 or voice identification, connect exter-
nal emergency button (NO/NC), adjustable
delay for connecting emergency call, voice
identification messages to the call center
and distress message to car – recorded
directly on site or with pre-recorded audio
file, automatic test alarm on a configurable
interval (max 3 days in accordance with
EN81-28), filter/LMS input, connect up to
nine units to the same telephone line and
GSM as an option through the GL-series.
An additional SafeLine product being
launched at interlift is the GSM emulator
SafeLine GL6 that can be configured to
send a SMS to up to three receivers in case
of battery failure. The GL6 also include
built-in intercom functions.

iPack kann bei 1000 kg Nutzlast und
0,63 m/s bis 7 Haltestellen bedienen.
Selbsteinstellend und energiesparend
Basis des Systems iPack bildet ein Bucher
Hydraulics Aggregat mit dem Liftregel-
ventil iValve. Dieses intelligente Ventil
muss nicht aufwändig eingestellt werden:
Mit den ersten Fahrten erlernt das iValve
seine Einstellungen und optimiert die
Fahrkurve selbständig. Unter allen Be-
dingungen wird eine komfortable Fahrt
erreicht und eine Anhaltegenauigkeit
von ± 3 mm eingehalten – Stolperunfälle
werden somit ausgeschlossen.
Die dazugehörige Liftsteuerung ist auf
das iValve abgestimmt und sorgt mit ih-
remEnergy SavingManagement System
für einen stark reduzierten Energiever-
brauch. Zusammen mit der elektroni-
schen Regelung des Ventils kann bis zu
50 % Energie eingespart werden.
Des Weiteren bietet Bucher Hydraulics
Tableaus für Kabine und Türzarge und
die komplette, vorkonfektionierte Ver-
kabelung für Maschinenraum, Schacht
und Kabine an.
UCM / A3 zertifizert
Das Paket enthält alle notwendigen
Einrichtungen, um ein unbeabsichtigtes
Wegfahren der Kabine (UCM) zu verhin-
dern. Die Sicherheits-Komponenten sind
A3-zertifiziert und die Prüfanleitung für
eine einfacheTÜV-Endabnahme liegt bei.
Mit seiner geringen Höhe (unter 1,80 m)
ist das iPack besonders geeignet für enge
Einbauverhältnisse mit geringer Raum-
höhe. Ob Neuanlagen oder Modernisie-
rungen, das Paket mit der modernen und
intelligenten Hydraulik ist einfach und
schnell installiert und betriebsbereit –
sicher, sanft und umweltfreundlich.

of a control and drive for hydraulic lifts.
This pre-mounted package solution
permits modernisation within a day. This
saves personnel expense and greatly re-
duces the standstill time of the lift. iPack
was developed by Bucher Hydraulics in

Self-adjusting and energy-saving
The basis of the iPack system is a Bucher
Hydraulics aggregate with the lift control
valve iValve. This intelligent valve does not
require elaborate setting: iValve learns its
settings on its first trips and optimises the
travel curve independently. A comfortable
trip is achieved under all conditions and
stopping precision of ± 3 mm complied
with – this rules out stumbling accidents.
The accompanying lift control is adjusted
to iValve and with its energy saving man-
agement scheme ensures greatly reduced
power consumption. Together with the
electronic control of the valve, up to 50 %
energy savings are possible.
In addition, Bucher Hydraulics provides
control panels for lifts and door frames
and complete, preconfigured cabling for
machine-room, shaft and car.
UCM / A3-certified
The package includes all the equipment
needed to prevent unintended car move-
ment (UCM). The safety components are
A3-certified and the test instructions for
a simple TÜV acceptance inspection are
included.
With its low height (under 1.80 m) the
iPack is especially suitable for cramped
installation conditions with low ceilings.
