ein Sensor mit für die Aufzuganlage un-
passenden Sicherheitsparametern verbaut
wird – die Sicherheit der Aufzugnutzer
steht mit diesemProzess an oberster Stelle.
Vorgang kann nur einmalig an der Anlage
vorgenommen werden, um Manipulati-
onen an den Sicherheitsparametern zu
verhindern.
Der bekannteTeach-Prozess für die Stock-
werke bleibt in seiner Form erhalten und
kann sooft als nötig wiederholt werden.
Im Falle eines Programmiervorgangs wird
von der Steuerung oder der „Program-
miersoftware“ ein Freischaltcode für den
Parametersatz übertragen. Im Falle eines
Gerätetauschs bei einem Wartungs- oder
sor – by theTÜV upon installation or in the event
of recurrent maintenance.
Elgo Electronic does not supply parametrised
sensors to customers. The customer gets soft-
ware specially-developed by Elgo with which it
can create the safety parameters for the lift. The
software provides a check sum for the safety
parameter set.
The customer then prints out a label including
the safety parameters and check sum in clear
text. This label is then attached to the lift, e.g.
in the control box. The fitter, who now puts the
lift into operation, either dubs over the safety
parameters in the sensor in an automated pro-
cedure or by manual entry. In the next step, he
enters the check sum (see illustration). Only
if it matches the parameters are the safety
parameters in the sensor irrevocably activated.
This process can only be carried out once in the
lift in order to avoid manipulation of the safety
parameters.
The form of the familiar teaching process for the
floors is retained and can be repeated as often
as required.
In the event of programming, an activation code
for the parameter set is transferred by the control
or “programming software.” Where a device is
replaced duringmaintenance or modernisation,
it is possible in this way to prevent a sensor with
safety parameters that do not fit to the lift being
installed – with this process the safety of the lift
users is given top priority.
