Anlässlich der R+T werden

regelmäßig in verschiedenen

Kategorien Preise für die bes-

ten Innovationen der Son-

nenschutzbranche vergeben.

In diesem Jahr gehört auch

Reflexa zu den Gewinnern

dieses heiß begehrten Prei-

ses. In der Kategorie Raffstore

ist es dem bayrisch-schwä-

bischen Unternehmen ge-

lungen, sich mit einem be-

sonderen Produkt von den

Mitbewerbern abzuheben.

Bei derAsyFlexmit Führungs-

schiene handelt es sich um

ein asymmetrisches Raffsto-

resystem, das zur Verschat-

tung schräger Fensterformen

eingesetzt wird. Bisher exis-

tierten solche Raffstores aus-

schließlich mit Stab- oder

Seilführung. Eine wesentlich

höhere Stabilität und Belast-

barkeit wird allerdings durch

eine Führung des Lamellen-

behangs in Führungsschie-

nen erreicht. Dies steht je-

doch im Widerspruch zu den

sehr komplexen Abläufen in

Führungsnippels gelöst. Zu-

dem erhält die Unterschiene,

die das Lamellenpaket nach

unten abschließt, zu ihrer Te-

leskopierbarkeit seitlich je ei-

nen Rollensatz, der das Fah-

ren in den Führungsschienen

erleichtert.

Die modifizierte Form des

Führungsnippels

ermög-

licht ein äußerst homogenes

Schließverhalten und ver-

hindert durch eine Verlage-

rung der Drehachse die Ver-

spannung der Lamellen beim

Wendevorgang. Darüber hi-

naus sorgt seine einzigartige

Geometrie für ein optimales

Stapelverhalten der Lamellen

bis zu einem Neigungswinkel

von 45 Grad.

best innovations in the sun

protection industry. This year

Reflexa is also among the

winners of this very coveted

award. The South German

company succeeded in distin-

guishing itself from the com-

petition with a special prod-

uct in the external Venetian

blind category.

The AsyFlex is an asymmet-

rical external Venetian blind

system with guide rail that

is used for shading inclined

window types. Previously

such external Venetian blinds

were only available with rod

or cable guidance. However,

much greater strength and

load-bearing capacity are

achieved by guidance of the

slat curtain in guide rails.

However, this conflicts with

the very complex processes

in an asymmetrical external

Venetian blind. This contra-

diction was resolved in the

side to make it extendable,

which simplifies its travel in

the guide rails.

The modified shape of the

guide nipple permits ex-

tremely homogeneous clos-

ing behaviour and prevents

tensioning of the slats dur-

ing turning by a shift of the

rotational axis. Furthermore,

its unique geometry ensures

optimal stacking behaviour

of the slats up to an incline

angle of 45°.
