Das neue MRTG protec Tor
ist speziell für den Einsatz in
Tief- undSammelgaragenkon-
zipiert. Dort gelten spezielle
Anforderungen,denktmanz.B.
an die unzähligen Öffnungs-
und Schließvorgänge,dennot-
wendigen Schallschutz, damit
Anwohner nicht belästigtwer-
den, kompakte Einbaumaße,
notwendigen Lüftungsquer-
schnitt und vieles mehr.
Insbesondere der Schutz und
die Sicherheit von Personen
und Fahrzeugen stehen im
Vordergrund. Das Tor kommt
nämlich gänzlich ohne untere
Schaltleiste und auch ohne
obere Lichtschranken im Ein-
zugsbereich aus.
Die Lösung, die Komponente
Kraftabschaltung durch Erfas-
sung der Leistungsaufnahme
des Antriebes bei Rolltorsyste-
men ohne zusätzliche Sicher-
heitseinrichtungen in Auf-
und Ab-Richtung einzusetzen,
ist absolut neu. Es entsteht so

Als Zusatznutzenkann,gegen-
über einem gleichgroßen Tor
mit ähnlicher Geschwindig-
keit, eine Energieeinsparung
von nahezu 80% realisiert

Die neu entwickelte Luxaflex
MegaView Jalousie funktio-
niert im Kern genau so wie
eine Standard-Jalousie. Imge-
schlossenen Zustand sorgt sie
wie eine gewöhnliche Jalousie
mit einer Lamellenbreite von
25mm für Blend- und Blick-
schutz von außen. Werden
die Lamellen aber in eine
waagerechte Position gedreht,
so dass eine Durchsicht nach
außen möglich ist, werden
jeweils zwei Lamellen zusam-
men „gelegt“, so dass sich der
Abstand der Lamellen um
das Doppelte einer Standard-
Jalousie vergrößert. Durch
einen besonderen Aufbau des
Leiterbandes wird erreicht,
dass sich jeweils zwei Lamel-
len beimÖffnen der Jalousien
„zusammenlegen“ und so ein
doppelt großer Zwischenraum

Der horizontale Faltladen be-
steht aus zwei Vorhangele-
menten und kann je nach
Einsatzzweck als Tor oder Ab-
schluß (Sonnenschutz) einge-
setzt werden. Die Vorhangele-
mente können je nach Erfor-
dernis aus Aluminium-, Stahl-,
oder Isolierpaneelenbestehen.
Auch eine Beplankung mit
Photovoltaikelementen und
Sonnenstandsnachführung
ist möglich.
Bei Belegen der Vorhangele-
mente mit Photovoltaikzellen
können diese über die Steu-
erung (Jahresverschattungs-
diagramm) millimetergenau

The horizontal flipaway lift-
gates consist of two suspend-
ed elements and can be used
depending on the purpose
as a door or shutter (solar
protection). The suspended
elements can be made of
aluminium, steel or insulating
panels, depending on require-
ments. Panelling with photo-
voltaic elements and sun po-
sition tracking is possible too.
If the suspension elements
are panelled with photovolta-
ic cells, these can track the
position of the sun (annual
shading diagram) with the
utmost precision. The newly
developed drive and locking
system for wind and burglary
protection can be used both
when closed and opened at
maximum wind loads.
