beschleunigt.
Die Schrauben für die Befestigung der
Abdeckung auf dem Gehäuseunterteil
befinden sich auf der Rückseite der Steuer-
station, so dass diese nur nach Abnehmen
von der Wand entfernt werden können.
Dadurch werden Manipulationsversuche
erschwert.
Serie EL AD mit reduzierter Höhe
Die ständige Platzoptimierung imAufzug-
schacht hat zu einemBedarf an Steuerstati-
onen geführt, die eine schmälere Bauform
aufweisen, ohne dass dabei die Robustheit,
Zuverlässigkeit und Praktikabilität der ma-
nuellen Betätigung beeinträchtigt wird. Um
dieseAnforderung zu erfüllen, entwickelte
Pizzato die neue Steuerstation EL AD mit
einer reduzierten Höhe von nur 60 mm.
Trotz der geringeren Höhe der Station ist
weiterhin die Verwendung von Kontakt-
einheiten in Standardhöhe, einzubau-
enden Komponenten, Not-Halt-Tastern
und Wahlschaltern mit den zugehörigen
Schutzkappen, gewährleistet.

Bei der Interlift 2017 in Augsburg hat das
italienische Unternehmen Pizzato Elettrica
zwei neue Steuerstationen vorgestellt.
Die Steuerstationen der Serie EL AD sind
für die Bewegungssteuerung von Aufzü-
gen während der Inspektion undWartung
vorgesehen. Der Schutz der Steuerstati-
on vor Stößen oder Tritten wird sowohl
durch die solide Konstruktion, als auch
durch den Einsatz versenkter Drucktaster
gewährleistet, welche nicht über die Ober-
fläche hinausragen. Die Verwendung von
robusten Schutzkappen für eher sperrige
Bedienelemente, wie zum Beispiel den
Not-Halt-Taster oder den Wahlschalter,
macht das Produkt auch unter härtesten
Bedingungen einsetzbar.
Die größere Bauform ermöglicht die Ver-
wendung einerVielzahl von Komponenten
und ist vom Kunden hinsichtlich der
Anordnung und Art der Steu-
erelemente frei wählbar.
Dies ist dank der innova-
tiven Konstruktion der Abdeckung (Patent
angemeldet) möglich, die die variable
Anordnung von Bohrungen und Gehäu-
seformen ermöglicht.
Das Produktdesign bietet viele technische
und praktische Vorteile; an erster Stelle
die einfache Verkabelung: Zusätzlich zu
den vier Kabeleingängen im Gehäuseun-
terteil sind bis zu 6 weitere Eingänge auf
der Seite der Abdeckung vorhanden. Die
Möglichkeit der Nutzung der Eingänge
direkt auf der Abdeckung bedeutet, Kabel-
zuführung und Bedienelemente allesamt
auf derselben Seite der Station zu haben,

The control stations for EL AD series lifts are
designed to drive the lift movement during
control and maintenance operations. The pro-
tection of devices against impacts or kicks is
guaranteed by both the solid structure of the
control station and by the use of buttons which
are integrated and therefore do not protrude
from the surface. In addition, the use of robust
guards for particularly bulky control switches,
such as the emergency button or selector,
makes the product applicable in the toughest
environments.
The enlarged design allows the use of more
than one device and is completely customiz-
able by the customer for the arrangement and
typology of the control switches. This is thanks
to the innovative cover structure (patent filed)
that allows the free arrangement of holes and
device housing designs.
The design of the product offers many techni-
cal and practical advantages, the first of which
is the ease of cabling: in addition to the four
inputs for cables on the base there are up to 6
inputs on the cover.
Having the inputs directly on the cover means
having inputs, wiring and devices all positioned
on the same side of the station, thus simplifying
and speeding up the cabling and closing of the
control station.
The cover fixing screws on the base are posi-
tioned behind the control station, which can
then be opened only once removed from the
wall where it is fixed, making tampering at-
tempts more difficult.
EL AD series lifts with reduced 60 mm height
The constant optimization of space in the lift
compartment has led to the need for reduced
height control stations without compromising
robustness, reliability and practicality in manual
device operation.
To meet this requirement, Pizzato has designed
the new EL AD series control station with a
reduced height of 60mm. The reduced height
of the station allows you to continue using
standard height contact blocks, built-in devices,
emergency pushbuttons and selectors with
protective guards.
