management aller Aufzugs-
anlagen der DO Deutsche
Office AG. Der Auftrag um-
fasst über 270 Aufzuganlagen
in Liegenschaften im ganzen
Bundesgebiet. Das Tüv Süd
Lift-Betriebsmanagement be-
steht imWesentlichen imkon-
tinuierlichen Wartungs- und
Instandsetzungsmanagement
von Aufzugsanlagen.
„Im Rahmen des Tüv Süd
Lift-Betriebsmanagements
werden sämtliche Vorgänge,
die eine Aufzugsanlage be-
treffen, unabhängig erfasst
und beurteilt“, sagt Simon

ing the lift management of all
of DO Deutsche Office AG’s lifts.
The commission involves over
270 lifts in properties throughout
Germany. Tüv Süd lift operation
management essentially consists
of continuous maintenance and
repair management of lifts.
“All processes related to a lift are
independently recorded and
evaluated as part of Tüv Süd lift
operational management,” ex-
plained Simon Kellerer, head of
the lift operational management
department at Tüv Süd Advimo
GmbH. “On this basis we then
arrange the measures needed
for safe and reliable operation
of the lifts.”

ling, a property owner can make
enormous savings in this area
especially together with reduced
administrative expense,” noted
