ALGI präsentiert einenmodernen,
innovativen Personenaufzug zur
interlift 2011: Silution steht für
Silent Revolution. Als energiesparender,
geräuscharmer undmaschinenraumloser
Hydraulikantrieb setzt er Maßstäbe.
Bei ALGI dreht sich seitmehr als 50 Jahren
alles umhydraulische Aufzüge.Moderne
Antriebstechnik mit frequenzgeregelten
und geregelten Steuerblöcken, einstufige
Heber und mehrstufige Gleichlauftele-
skopheber sowie Fangrahmen und Ka-
binen für Personen- und Lastenaufzüge
gewährleisten seit Jahrzehnten den Ruf
von ALGI als zuverlässigen Partner und
Zulieferer auf dem weltweiten Aufzugs-
markt für hydraulische Aufzugskompo-
nenten.
Das hydraulische MRL-Konzept über-
zeugt durch seinen einfachen, kompakten
Aufbau und seine schnelle Montage.
Das Aggregat und der Frequenzumrich-
ter werden im Aufzugsschacht seitlich
neben den Schienen aufgestellt, sodass
eine Nische in der Schachtwand oder ein
Triebwerksraum entfällt. Die Steuerung
und die externe Notevakuierung sind in
der Türzarge der untersten Haltestelle
integriert. Der frequenzgeregelte An-
trieb „Eco Spin“ und der Betrieb ohne
Motorschütze garantieren einen absolut
geräuscharmen Betrieb der funktionalen
Aufzugsanlage. Der hydraulische Perso-
nenaufzug wird durch unsere Kabinen-
baureihe Classic-Line ergänzt und bietet
die Option einer reduzierten Schachtgru-
be und eines reduzierten Schachtkopfes.
Der einheitliche Leichtbaulaufwagen
ermöglicht die Reduzierung der Schacht-
grube auf 1000 mm. In Kombination mit
notwendigen Ersatzmaßnahmen ist eine
minimale Schachtgrube von 400 mmund
einem Schachtkopf von 2600 mm mög-
lich. Insbesondere mit dem beweglichen
Anschlag für verminderte Sicherheitsab-
stände gemäß EN-81-21 in der Schacht-
grube bietet ALGI eine wirtschaftliche
interessante Lösung an.
Laut EN81-2 A3 müssen hydraulische
Aufzüge mit einer Schutzeinrichtung
zum Verhindern einer unbeabsichtig-
ten Bewegung des Fahrkorbes von der
Haltestelle weg ausgestattet werden. Im
Rahmen einer Baumusterprüfung durch
denTÜV Süd erfüllen die geregelten und
frequenzgeregelten Sicherheitsventile
sowie das Absperrventil 1.3 die Vorga-
ben der Norm. Bei einem Antrieb mit
elektronischerVentilregelung und einem
Antrieb mit einem frequenzgeregeltem
Antriebsmotor ist der Aufbau desVentils
N eben Sicherheit und Zuverläs-
sigkeit gehören im Aufzugbau
vor allem auch Wirtschaftlich-
keit und Funktionalität der eingesetzten
Antriebskomponenten zu den zentralen
Themen, mit denen sich Konstrukteure
befassen müssen. Das gilt für Erstaus-
rüster ebenso wie für Modernisierer.
Technisch überzeugende und gleichzeitig
wirtschaftlich konkurrenzfähige Lösun-
gen sind in beiden Fällen unverzichtbar.
Funktionell und einfach
in der Handhabung
Die aufzugsspezifischen Frequenzum-
richter der Baureihe L1000A und L1000V
basieren auf bewährter Technik und
gelten als sehr zuverlässig und langlebig:
Sie eignen sich für Leistungsbereiche von
4 bis 110 kW bzw. von 4 bis 15 kW und
sind für mindestens drei Millionen Starts
bzw. auf etwa zehn Jahre wartungsfreien
Betrieb ausgelegt. Gleichzeitig ist die
Handhabung einfach und praxisgerecht.
Übersichtliche Menüstrukturen mit der
üblichen Liftterminologie erleichtern die
Inbetriebnahme und sorgen für komfor-
table Bedienmöglichkeiten. Der Anwen-
der kann zwischen acht Sprachenwählen;
somit sind unabhängig vom Einsatzort
alleVorgänge leicht verständlich.
Bei beiden Umrichtervarianten lassen
sich besondere Wünsche an das Fahr-
verhalten des Aufzugs problemlos rea-
lisieren, z.B. die individuelle Anpassung
von Beschleunigungs- und Bremsrampen
sowie die Geschwindigkeiten. Über mul-
tifunktionale und digitale oder analoge
Ein-/Ausgänge kann man die Umrichter
an nahezu jede Steuerung anbinden.
Dank integrierter Funktionen zur funkti-
onalen Sicherheit ist bei der elektrischen
Installation nur noch ein Schütz zwischen
Motor und Umrichter erforderlich; der
Umrichter gibt die Bremse nur frei, wenn
Strom zum Motor fließt. Eine Notevaku-
ierungmit einphasigen, unterbrechungs-
freien Spannungsversorgungen (USV)
230V oder Batterien ist möglich. Ein LCD-
Display mit Kopierfunktion vereinfacht
und beschleunigt die Inbetriebnahme
mehrerer baugleicher Liftanlagen. Auch

identisch. Eine Abwärtsbewegung des
Fahrkorbes ist erst bei gleichzeitiger Be-
stromung der Senkventile möglich. Ein
Sicherheitsbaustein in der Aufzugssteue-
rung kontrolliert nach jeder Fahrt die ord-
nungsgemäße Funktion der Senkventile.
Durch denVerzicht auf ein Absperrventil
entstehen an den funktionalen Antrie-
ben keine zusätzlichen Druckverluste
im System und somit kein gesteigerter
Energiebedarf.
Bei dem mechanischen Steuerblock
von ALGI liegt keine Redundanz der
Senkventile vor, sodass in diesem Fall
ein magnetbetätigtes Absperrventil zur
Einhaltung der Norm eingesetzt wird.

ALGI presents a modern, innovative
passenger lift for interlift 2011: Silu-
tion stands for silent revolution. It
sets standards as an energy-saving, quiet
hydraulic drive without machine-room.
At ALGI the focus has been exclusively on
hydraulic lifts for over 50 years. Modern
drive technology with frequency control-
led and regulated control blocks, single
stage lifter and multistage synchronous
telescopic lifter, car frames and cabins for
passenger and cargo lifts have for decades
guaranteed ALGI a reputation as reliable
partner and supplier on the international lift
market for hydraulic lift components.
The hydraulic MRL concept is convincing
thanks to its simple, compact design and
fast installation. The unit and frequency
converter are mounted in the lift shaft later-
ally next to the rails, meaning a niche in the
shaft wall or machine-room is unnecessary.
The control and external emergency evacu-
ation are integrated in the door frame of the
lowest stop. The frequency controlled drive
“Eco Spin” and operation without motor
contactor guarantee absolutely noiseless
operation of the function lift system. The
hydraulic passenger lift is supplemented by
our cabin series Classic Line and offers the
option of a reduced shaft pit and reduced
shaft head. The uniform light weight trolley
permits reducing the shaft pit to 1000 mm.
Combined with the replacement measures
required, a minimum shaft pit of 400 mm
and shaft head of 2600 mm are possible.
With the moveable stop for reduced safety
distances according to EN-81 21 in the
shaft pit in particular ALGI has come up
with an economically interesting solution.
According to EN 81 A3, hydraulic lifts have
to be equipped with a protective facility
to reduce unintended movement of the
cabin from the stop. As part of a registered
design test by TÜV Süd the regulated- and
frequency regulated safety valves and
stop valve 1.3 met the requirements of
the standard. The structure of the valve
is identical in a drive with electronic valve
regulation and a valve with a frequency
regulated drive motor. Downward move-
ment of the cabin is only possible in the
event of simultaneous activation of the
lowering valves. A safety module in the
lift control checks proper functioning of
the lowering valves after each trip. By do-
ing without a stop valve on the functional
drives there are no additional pressure
losses in the system and as a result no
increased energy demand.
There is no redundancy of the lowering
valves in the mechanical control block from
ALGI, so that in this case a magnetically
activated stop valve is used to comply with
the standard.

designers must above all concern
themselves with the economic
viability and functionality of the drive
components used, among other things.
This applies just as much to original equip-
ment manufacturers as to modernisers.
Technically convincing and simultaneously
economically competitive solutions are in
both cases indispensable.
Functional and straightforward
in handling
The lift specific frequency converters of
the L1000A series and L1000V are based
on proven technology and regarded as
very reliable and durable: They are suit-
able for power ranges of 4 to 110 kW or 4
to 15 kW and have been designed for at
least three million starts or about ten years
maintenance-free operation. At the same
the handling is easy and practical. Clear
menu structures with the customary lift
terminology simplify start-up and ensure
convenient operating options. Users can
choose from eight languages; consequent-
ly, all processes are easily understandable
independent of use location.
With both converter types special wishes
regarding the travel conduct of the lift can
be effortlessly realised, e.g. the individual
adaptation of acceleration and brake
ramps and speeds. The converter can
be connected to almost any control via
multifunctional and digital or analogue in-/
outputs. Thanks to integrated functions for
functional safety, only one contactor is still
required during electrical installation be-
tween motor and convertor; the converter
only releases the brake when electricity
flows to the motor. Emergency evacuation
with single phase, uninterruptible power
supplies (UPS) 230 V or batteries is pos-
sible. An LCD display with copier function
simplifies and accelerates the start-up of
several identical lift systems. Convenient
communication options were not forgotten
either. For example, connection to Memo-
bus and CANopen are possible too.

chronmotoren bauen in allen Varianten sehr
kompakt, benötigen also nur wenig Einbau-
platz (hier PM160). / The gearless permanent
field synchronous motors are very compact
in assembly in all versions, hence they do not
need much installation space (here PM160).

pecially developed for gearless cable lifts.
The special advantages of this solution
are the easy installation and start-up as
well as the exemplary high travel comfort.
Start-up is shortened by the new complete
drive solution and manual adjustment is
unnecessary, due to the ideal coordination
of governor and motor.
The new SM-CANopen lift module for uni-
drive SP frequency controllers is especially
advantageous. It is CiA417 compatible and
permits seamless integration in CANopen
drive systems.

The CANopen lift module permits both
speed as well as position control. The
