alten Antriebs wie demontiert
werden müssen, wie die neuen
Bauteile zu Baugruppen mon-
tiert werden und diese dann
auf dem alten Kämpfer wieder
aufgebaut werden. Zur besseren
Verdeutlichung ist per QR-Code
auch ein kleinesVideo zumUm-
bau hinterlegt.
Meiller führt den Servicetechni-
ker Schritt für Schritt durch alle
Details des Umbaus bis hin zu
den Befestigungspunkten des
neuen Antriebkonzepts am be-
stehenden Kabinentürkämpfer.
Dafür enthält die Montagean-
leitung auch ein entsprechendes
Bohrbild, in dem millimeter­
genau dargestellt wird, wo wel-
ches Loch zusätzlich gebohrt
werden muss.
Alle RepKits sind so konzipiert,
dass ein einzelner Monteur die
Reparatur/den Umbau vorneh-
men kann.

All RepKits are designed to enable
an individual technician to carry
out the repairs/conversion.

Meiller RepKits werden derzeit
für die am häufigsten auf dem
Markt vorkommenden Türan-
triebssysteme angeboten, das
Angebot wird jedoch laufend
erweitert. Meiller will seinen
Kunden damit ein extrem ein-
fach und schnell zu montieren-
des Reparaturkit zur Verfügung
stellen.
Meiller hat auch für seine ei-
genen bereits ausgelaufenen
Türgenerationen (TG 1 und 2)
Reparaturkits zum Umbau auf
die Zahnriementechnologie
mit Antriebssystem MiDrive
im Programm. Ebenso gibt es
Kits, um alte MAT Antriebe auf
die neue Technik hochzurüsten.

Meiller RepKits are currently of-
fered for the most common door
drive systems, but the product
range is constantly being ex-
panded. Meiller wants to provide
repair kits for its customers that are
fast and easy to assemble.
Meiller also has repair kits for
conversion to cogged belt tech-
nology with the MiDrive drive
system in its product range for
door generations that are no
longer on sale (TG 1 and 2). There
are also kits for upgrading old MAT
drives to the new technology. An
