Sonderlösungen. Zusätzliche
Sonderpreise gibt es für De-
sign und die Handwerksju-
gend. 86 Bewerbungen wur-
den vorab eingereicht, ein
Viertel davon – insgesamt 22
– kam in die engere Auswahl.
Bewertungsrelevant für die
unabhängige Jury waren ne-
ben der Innovationsqualität
und dem Marktpotenzial der
Entwicklungen auch die Nut-
zerfreundlichkeit sowie die
Produktsicherheit. Die prä-
mierten Sieger erhalten mit
dem Innovationspreis ein
begehrtes Marketinginstru
ment, das in der Öffentlich-
keit große Beachtung findet.
Über den gesamten Zeitraum
der R+T 2015 hinweg werden
die zukunftsweisenden Pro-
dukte der Sieger in einer Pos-
tershow im Eingang Ost ge-
zeigt. Interessierte Besucher
erhalten hier einen Überblick
über die Gewinner und kön-
nen sich zudem darüber in-
formieren, wo die Unterneh-
men auf der R+T zu finden
sind, um sich persönlich ei-
nen Eindruck der Innovatio-
nen zu verschaffen.

The R+T Innovation Award
is offered jointly by the Fed-
eral Association Roller Shut-
ters and Sun Protection, the
BVT – Association Doors, the
Industrial Association Techni-
cal Textiles – Roller Shutters –
Sun Protection and the Messe
Stuttgart. Outstanding new
developments are honoured
in nine categories. These in-
clude the product groups roll-
er shutters, exterior Venetian
blinds, internal sun protec-
tion, technical textiles, doors,
drives and controls and spe-
cial solutions. There are addi-
tional special prizes for design
and skilled craft youth. Of the
applications, 86 were submit-
ted in advance, a quarter – 22
in total – got onto the short
list. With the Innovation Prize
the winners honoured obtain
a coveted marketing instru-
ment that receives great pub-
lic attention.

R+T 2015 in a poster show at
the east entrance.
