band der R+T (damals noch
als reine „R“) ist er bis heute
gemeinsam mit seinen Part-
nern beim BVT –VerbandTore
und beim Industrieverband
Technische Textilien – Rollla-
den – Sonnenschutz Träger-
verband der R+T. Selbstver-
ständlich ist er darüber hinaus

auch als Aussteller vertreten.
Direkt im Eingangsbereich
Ost (Stand E/O331) heißt er
seine Mitglieder aus den In-
nungen des Rollladen- und
Sonnenschutztechniker-
Handwerks, aber natürlich
auch alle anderen interes-
sierten Besucher auf seinem
Informationsstand sowie in
der „RS-Lounge“ herzlich

aktuellen Anlass des 50-jäh-
rigen Bestehens freuen wir
uns, dass sich die Weltleit-
messe für Rollladen, Tore
und Sonnenschutz einer
ungebrochenen Nachfra-
ge erfreut. Auf dem wieder-
holt ausgebuchten Messe-
gelände begrüßen wir dieses
Jahr rund 900 Aussteller –
ein neuer Rekord. Zum Ver-
gleich: Die Premiere 1965
fand mit 117 Ausstellern
statt.
Energieeffizienz, Gebäu-
deautomation und Sicher-
heit sind 2015 die branchen-
bestimmenden Themen, zu
denen Sie auf der R+T ei-
nige neue Veranstaltungen
finden. Dazu gehören das
Gentner-Forum „Das ver-
netzte Haus“ zur Thema-
tik der Gebäudeautomation,
das Elektropraktiker-Forum,
der Messerundgang für Pla-
ner und Berater, der „Planer-
treff der Immobilienwirt-
schaft“ sowie der German
Interior Designers‘ Day
(GID Day) mit Fokus auf der
Architektur des Innenraums.

“Welcome to R+T 2015 in
Stuttgart! On the current oc-
casion of its 50th anniversary
we are pleased that the pop-
ularity of the leading world
trade fair for roller shutters,
doors/gates and sun protec-
tion systems is unbroken. This
year we will welcome around
900 exhibitors to the repeat-
edly booked out trade fair-
grounds – a new record. Just
to compare – the premiere
took place in 1965 with 117 ex-
hibitors.
Energy efficiency, building au-
tomation and safety are the
topics dominating the indus-
try in 2015 and you will dis-
cover there are several new
events dealing with them at
the R+T. These include the
Gentner Forum “The net-
worked house” on the subject
of building automation, the
Electricians’ Forum, the trade
fair tour for planners and ad-
visors, the “Planners’ Meet-
ing of the Property Industry”
as well as the German Inte-
rior Designers’ Day (GID Day)
focusing on interior architec-
ture.

cause the R+T is very much an
international trade fair. Exhib-
itors and visitors from around
the world travel there to find
out about what innovations
exist worldwide in their field
of interest.
The Federal Association Rol­
ler Shutters + Sun Protection
(BVRS) is pleased to have
been a permanent part of
this success story from the
start. Right back in 1965 as a
founding association of the
R+T (then just “R”) to this day
it has been a sponsoring as-
sociation of the R+T together
with its partners at the BVT
– Association Doors and the
Industrial Association Techni-
cal Textiles – Roller Shutters
– Sun Protection. In addition,
it is naturally also present as
an exhibitor. It will welcome
its members from the roller
shutter and sun protection
skilled craft guilds as well as
naturally all other interest-
ed visitors at its stand and
in the “RS lounge” directly in
