Die neue AMEV-Empfehlung „Aufzug 2017“
bietet allen an der Planung, der Errichtung
und der Verwendung von Aufzugsanlagen
Beteiligten, insbesondere in öffentlichen
Gebäuden,eineumfassendeundpraxisnahe
Arbeitshilfe mit wirtschaftlichen Lösungs-
ansätzen. Sie ersetzt nicht die für jeden
Einzelfall erforderliche Fachplanung.
Sie berücksichtigt die relevanten gesetz-
lichen Vorschriften, Normen und Re-
gelwerke zu den Aufzugsanlagen Stand
August 2017. Besonderes Gewicht haben
hier die Änderungen der eingeführten
Aufzugsrichtlinie 2014/33/EU als Ersatz der
Aufzugsrichtlinie 95/16/EG, der DIN EN 81
Teil 20 und Teil 50 als Ersatz der DIN EN
81 Teil 1 und Teil 2 sowie die der Betriebs-
sicherheitsverordnung 2015 als Ersatz der
Betriebssicherheitsverordnung 2003.
Schadstoffe im Zusammenhang mit Auf-
zugsanlagen sowie Anforderungen an
den Fahrkomfort von Aufzugsanlagen
einschließlich Messverfahren zur Be-
stimmung des Fahrkomforts werden in
diesen Hinweisen erstmals behandelt, ein
beispielhaftes Messergebnis ist imAnhang
beigefügt. DasVerwenden vonAufzugsan-
lagen nach erstmaligem Inverkehrbringen
u. a. mit Notfallplan, Gefährdungsbeur-
teilung und Prüfung vor Inbetriebnahme
werden ebenfalls neu thematisiert.
Entsprechende Muster der durchzufüh-
renden Gefährdungsanalyse, der Gefähr-
dungsbeurteilungen sowie das Protokoll
der regelmäßigen Sichtprüfung sind im
Anhang als Arbeitshilfe beigefügt. Mit der
angefügten Mustercheckliste können die
für die Verwendung von Aufzugsanlagen
notwendigen Dokumente und technischen
Informationen zusammengetragen und
archiviert werden.
Die „Aufzug 2017“ ersetzt die bisherige
Fassung „Aufzug 2014“. Die Empfehlung
wurde per Erlass vom 1. August 2017 für
den zivilen Bundesbau eingeführt. Sie steht

The new AMEV (Working Group of Me-
chanical and Electrical Engineers of
State and Local Governments) recom-
mendation “Lift 2017” provides everyone
involved in theplanning, erectionanduse
of lifts, especially in public buildings, with
comprehensive and practical assistance
with economic solutions. It is not a sub-
stitute for the specialist planning required
for each individual case.
It takes the relevant statutory regulations, guide-
lines and codes for lifts as of August 2017 into
account. Special weight is attached here to the
amendments in the Lift Directive 2014/33/EU in-
troduced as replacement for Lift Directive 95/16/
EC, DIN EN 81 Part 20 and Part 50 as replacement
for DIN EN 81 Part 1 and Part 2 and the Opera-
tional Safety Ordinance 2015 as replacement for
the Operational Safety Ordinance 2003.
Pollutants related to lifts and requirements for
travel comfort of lifts, including measurement
procedures for determining travel comfort are
dealt with for the first time in this information;
an example of a measurement result is included
in the appendix. Use of lifts after the first start-up,
including among other things the emergency
plan, hazard evaluation and testing before start-
up are now also addressed.
Corresponding samples of the hazard analysis
to be carried out, hazard evaluations and the
log of the regular visual inspection are included
in the appendix as working aids. The documents
needed and technical information for the use
of lifts can be collected and archived with the
attached sample checklist.
“Lift 2017” replaces the previous version “Lift
2014.”The recommendation was introduced by
edict of 1 August 2017 for federal civil engineer-
ing. It is available on the AMEV homepage for
free download.
