A ufzüge dienen dem Komfort,
womit meist der Fahrkomfort
gemeint ist. Zur Interlift stellt
Bucher Hydraulics die nun komplette
iValve-Familie vor, welche nicht nur die
Inbetriebnahme komfortabler macht,
sondern auch die tägliche Fahrt nach
oben und unten. Die Elektronik des
Ventils macht manuelle Anpassungen
überflüssig.
Galt schon das LRV-Ventil als Maßstab
in der Aufzugshydraulik, setzt Bucher
Hydraulics mit dem iValve neueMaßstä-
be. Dabei steht das „i“ bei
der Ventilbezeichnung
keineswegs nur für
ein Produkt, sondern deckt ein ganzes
Konzept ab. Das „intelligente“ iValve
bietet Funktionen, die es bislang nicht
gab und vermeidet lästigen Aufwand bei
der Installation desVentils.
Während die Inbetriebnahme von Auf-
zugsventilen früher ein typisches Bei-
spiel für das Prinzip „trial and error“ war,
bot der elektronische Regelkreis schon
immer denVorteil, mit einer Einstellung
für alle Drücke und Temperaturen von
Beginn an zu einer optimalen Fahrkurve
zu kommen. Ziel der nächsten Entwick-
lungsstufe war es daher, ein Ventil zu
entwickeln, das seine Parameter wäh-
rend der ersten Fahrten selbst optimiert.
Neu sind die Ventile mit Selbstlern-
funktion: Das iValve lernt während der
Arbeit dazu. Man kennt das von moder-
nen Automatikgetrieben im Pkw: die
Schaltstufen passen sich an die jeweils
aktuelle Fahrweise an. Mit einer solchen
adaptiven Regelung arbeitet die gesamte
iValve-Familie, welche zur Interlift vor-
gestellt wird.
Bei den iValve-Ventilen handelt es sich
um intelligente Liftregelventile, die es in
zwei Baugrößen für 250 und für 500 l/min
gibt. Der Bereich darüber wird mit dem
Multi-Valve-System (MVS) bedient,
bei welchem bis zu acht iValve Ventile
verbunden werden. Herausragendes
Merkmal des iValves ist der Lernalgo-
rithmus iTeach. Damit optimiert sich
ein solches Ventil selbst, wobei grund-
legende Einstellungen und die Daten
der jüngsten Fahrten miteinander
verrechnet werden. Diese Technologie
in Kombination mit den integrier-
ten Funktionen wie A3-Konformität,
elektrischer Notablass, Druckschalter,
Kugelhahn und voreingestellte Param-
Card machen die Inbetriebnahme des
iValve so komfortabel und schnell wie
noch nie. Auf der ParamCard werden
die Anlagedaten gespeichert, so dass
iValve und iCon liftunabhängig sind und
ohne Datenverlust ausgetauscht werden
können. Die elektronische Schnitt-
stelle iCon ist einfach zu handhaben:
Mit weniger Verkabelungsaufwand,
steckbaren Anschlüssen, einer Vielzahl
an aussagekräftigen LEDs, der geringen
Einbautiefe und der schnellen Hutschie-
nenmontage sind viele Kundenwünsche
umgesetzt worden.
Die Zustandsüberwachung „iMonito-
ring“ kann zum Beispiel Druckverän-
derungen erkennen und eineWartungs-
massnahme vorschlagen, bevor es
zum Stillstand der Anlage kommt.
Die iAccess Funktion erlaubt dem
iValve, mit der Aufzugssteuerung zu
kommunizieren. Auf diesem Weg wer-
den Fahrkurven, Betriebsdaten und
Zustandsmeldungen übertragen.
Gleichermaßen ersteWahl ist das iValve
sowohl bei neuen Anlagen als auch bei
Modernisierungs-Massnahmen. Für
das Retrofit bietet Bucher Hydraulics
verschiedene Möglichkeiten und Aus-
baustufen an. Angefangen vom reinen
Ventil über das Komplettaggregat – mit
oder ohne iValveMultikit (Interface) – bis
hin zum iPack (Aggregat mit Aufzugs-
steuerung) kann man jede bestehende
Anlage modernisieren. Dabei ist es sogar
möglich die A3-Konformität nachzurüs-

ten, ohne dass die bestehende Aufzugs-
steuerung ersetzt werden muss.
Und noch ein Argument spricht für
den Ein- oder Umstieg in moderne
Aufzugshydraulik. Denn mit dem fre-
quenzgeregelten iValve lassen sich
Investitionen mit technischem Stand
samt Energie-Sparmaßnahmen gut in
Einklang bringen. Das energieeffiziente
VF-Aggregat wird noch sparsamer durch
den Einsatz von Netzrückspeisung oder
SuperCaps, also Kondensatorenmit sehr
hoher Energiedichte.

new standards the iValve. The “i” in the
valve name by no means just stands for a
product, but covers an entire concept.
The “intelligent” iValve offers previ-
ously unheard of functions and
avoids bothersome effort during
valve installation.
Whereas putting lift valves into
operation used to be a typical
example of the “trial and error”
principle, the electronic control
circuit always had the advan-
tage of producing an optimal
travel curve from the start with
one setting for all pressure and
temperatures. Consequently,
the target of the next develop-
ment level was to develop a
valve that optimises its param-
eters during the first journey on
its own.
The valves with self-learning function are
new: the iValve learns while in operation.
This is familiar from automatic transmis-
sions in cars: the switching steps adjust
to the current mode of driving. The entire
iValve family works with this kind of adap-
tive control, which will be presented at
the interlift.
iValve models involve intelligent lift control
valves available in two sizes for 250 and
500 l/min. The range above this is served
by the multi-valve system (MVS) in which
up to eight iValve models are connected.
The outstanding feature of the iValve is
its iTeach learning algorithm. As a result,
these valves optimise themselves with
basic settings and the data of the latest
journeys being set-off against each other.
This technology, combined with integrated
functions like A3 conformity, electric
emergency discharge, pressure switch,
ball valve and pre-set ParamCard, make
the start-up of the iValve as convenient
and quick as never before. The lift data is
stored on the ParamCard so that the iValve
and iCon are lift-independent and can be
exchanged without data loss. The elec-
tronic iCon interface is easy to manage:
the slight cabling effort, plug-in connec-
tions, a multitude of informative LEDs, low
installation depth and the quick top hat rail
mounting mean many customer wishes
have been realised.
The “iMonitoring” status monitoring can
for example recognise pressure changes
and propose maintenance measures
before the lift comes to a standstill. The
iAccess function permits the iValve to
communicate with the lift control. The
travel curves, operating data and status
reports are transmitted in this way.
The iValve is the first choice both for new
lifts as well as for modernisation measures.
Bucher Hydraulics provides various op-
tions and expansion levels for retrofitting.
Every existing lift can be modernised, from
simple valves to complete units – with
or without iValve multi-kit – to the iPack
(unit with lift control). It is even possible in
this connection to retrofit A3 compliance
without having to replace the existing lift
control.
There is another argument in favour of
adopting modern lift hydraulics. It is easy
to reconcile investments in line with the
technical state of the art and energy saving
measures with the frequency controlled
iValve. The energy-efficient VF power unit
is rendered even more economic through
the use of mains feedback or super caps,
i.e. capacitors with a very high energy
density.

DieElemente bestehen aus zwei Schichten
gemischtzelligen Polyurethan-Elastomers
und werden bei Maschinen, Anlagen
und Geräten eingesetzt. Sie sind einfach
einzubauen und haben eine höhere Iso-
lierwirkung bei Körperschall. Ein Modell
mit Schwingelementen macht direkt auf
dem Messestand erlebbar, wie stark sich
eine doppelt elastische Lagerung auf die
Geräuschdämmung auswirkt. Auch das
erweiterte Programm der Sahlberg-Seil-
federpuffer, das der Spezialist für Akustik
und Schwingungstechnik zusammen mit
der ContiTech entwickelt hat, ist in Augs-
burg zu sehen.

noise control technology. The company will

“Our role in this field goes beyond that of
a technical dealer,” explained Wolfgang
Vernickel, head of the product area techni-
cal industrial products. “Where necessary
we support our customers during planning
as partners and we are also in a position to
create and implement tailor-made special
solutions.”
The company’s engineers and technicians
will also be pleased to provide information
on selecting appropriate products, using
them properly and services at the fair stand
– which this year the company is operating
in cooperation with Georg Bößler Aufzug-
komponenten. The company’s services
for example include vibration and noise
measurements, which Sahlberg carries
out on the spot at the customer using the
latest methods.

elastic KSK elements for lift building. These
elements consist of two layers of mixed cell
polyurethane elastomers and are used in
machines, lifts and devices. They are easy

the fair stand just how great the effect of
double elastic bearings on noise insulation
is. The extended range of the Sahlberg rope
spring buffers, which the specialist in noise
and vibration control developed in coopera-
tion with ContiTech, will be on display in
Augsburg too.
