Trotz der Hinweise aus der EN 81-20 an
die Lüftungsproblematik werden immer
wieder Aufzugsschächte mit Öffnung
zumTreppenhaus statt ins Freie in Betrieb
genommen.
Sichere Lüftung und Entrauchung
auch in luftdichten Immobilien
Dies hat zur Folge, dass eine natürliche
Belüftung bzw. Entrauchung wegen man-
gelnder Thermik nicht zustande kommen
kann.Auch dieses Problem hat BK-Factory
frühzeitig erkannt und mit dem Lift Vent
ein System zur mechanischen Lüftung
im Schacht entwickelt. Der unten in der
Schachtwand installierte Ventilator sorgt
im Bedarfsfall für den notwendigen Auf-
trieb und unterstützt so die Lüftung bzw.
die Rauchverdünnung während der Eva-
kuierungsfahrt der Kabine.
Als einziger Anbieter setzt BK-Factory zu-
dem auf gesamtheitlich geprüfte Failsafe-
Systeme und nicht, wie am Markt üblich,
auf die oft undurchsichtige Zusammen-
setzung einzelner Komponenten.Vorsicht
ist geboten, denn Failsaife bedeutet nicht
immer gleich Failsafe! Wie reagiert das
System z.B. wenn die Anschlusskabel
von Dritten beschädigt werden oder
wie verarbeitet es einen Kurzschluss der
Brandmeldelinie? Die von BK-Factory ent-
wickelten BlueKit L-CT-Systeme wurden
daher als Gesamtkonzept vom Testzent-
rum KRIWAN untersucht und deren volle
Funktionsfähigkeit bestätigt.
Geprüfte Qualität gibt es nur
beim Original
Wie wichtig die Prüfung eines Systems
im Vergleich zu Einzelkomponenten ist,
zeigt sich spätestens bei der De-
klaration von Messwerten
im Bereich der NRWG.
Für den patentgeschützten
Thermo Flap, bestehend aus
Aufsatzkranz, Verschlusse-
lement und Wetterschutzla-
mellenhut, liegt nachweislich
ein ausgezeichneter U-Wert
von 0,41–0,55W/m²k des ge-
samten Lüftungselements vor.
Vergleichbare NRWG amMarkt
verweisen lediglich auf die U-
Werte der Bestandteile, ohne die
Wärmebrücken zwischen diesen
Bauteilen in der Berechnung
des echten U-Wertes für das
gesamte Element zu berücksich-
tigen. Die Thermo Flap von BK-
Factory ist natürlich ebenfalls
als Bauprodukt nach 12101-9
geprüft und – wie rechtlich
erforderlich – die ganze Einheit
als NRWG zertifiziert worden.

Moreover, BK-Factory is the only supplier to rely
on comprehensively tested fail-safe systems
and not, as customary on the market, on the
frequently opaque composition of individual
components. Caution is required, because fail-
safe does not always mean fail-safe! How does
the system react, for example, if the connecting
cable is damaged by third parties or how does it
process a short-circuit in the fire alarm line? The
BlueKit L-CT systems developed by BK-Factory
were therefore examined as an overall concept
by the test centre KRIWAN and their full func-
tionality confirmed.
Just how important the examination of a sys-
tem compared to individual components can
be is evident at the latest upon inspecting the
declared measured values in the area of the
natural smoke and heat venting devices. The
patented Thermo Flap, consisting of fiberglass
base, closure element and weather protection
and ribbed cover has an excellent documented
U-value of 0.41 – 0.55 W/m²k for the entire ven-
tilation element. Comparable natural smoke and
heat venting devices on the market only refer to
the U-values of the components without taking
the heat bridges between these components
into consideration when calculating the actual
U-value of the entire device. BK-Factory’sThermo
Flap has naturally also been tested as a structural
component according to 12101-9 and – as le-
gally required – the entire unit has been certified
as a natural smoke and heat venting device.
