wird auf der Interlift 2017 drei
neue E-Motive-Displays vorstellen. Da-
rüber hinaus wird
das Unternehmen
neue, datenfähige
GSM-Einheiten als
Ergänzung zu den
bestehenden Not-
ruftelefonsystemen der Serie Memco
sowie ein neues cloudbasiertes Überwa-
chungssystem präsentieren.

L ift component specialist Avire will be
launching three newE-Motive displays
at Interlift 2017. The company will also
be showcasing new data-capable GSM
units to complement the existing Memco
emergency telephone range, as well as a
new cloud-based monitoring system.
“Avire is excited to be a part of Interlift
once again,” said Rob Lewis, managing
director, “as it is undisputedly the top lift
exhibition in Europe. Interlift presents a
fantastic opportunity to meet our cus-
tomers and display some brilliant new

Kübler die neuesten Sensorlösungen.
Seit Jahren liefert das Unternehmen
robuste und zuverlässige Drehgeber
an die großen Namen der Branche. Aus
dem Gedanken „alles aus einer Hand“
entstand bei Kübler ein neues Messsys-
tem für die absolute Schachtkopierung.
Dieses System ist zudemSIL3-zertifiziert
und erfüllt somit die Anforderungen der
in Kraft getretenen Normen EN 81-20
und EN 81-50.
Absolute Schachtkopierung
Das Messsystem wird direkt auf der
Aufzugskabine montiert. Dadurch
wird permanent die absolute Position
erfasst. Durch das absolute Positions-
Feedback wird bei einemStromausfall
eine Referenzfahrt überflüssig, da über
die gesamte Förderhöhe von bis zu
392Meter stets absolute Positionswerte
mit einer Auflösung von 1 mm zur
Verfügung stehen.Man spart sich
dadurch nicht nur Zeit und Kos-
ten, sondern erhöht zusätzlich
die Verfügbarkeit des Aufzugs,
welches dem Aufzugnutzer zu
Gute kommt. Unnötige Refe-
renz- / Lernfahrten gehören
somit derVergangenheit an.
Neue Maßstäbe in punkto
Kompaktheit und Robustheit
Es ist das momentan

kopierung (135 x 45 x
33 mm). Bei Nachrüstungen, Mo-
dernisierungen bzw. bei bestehenden
Gebäuden / Aufzugsschächte oder bei
Neuinstallationen wird das System
auch in engsten Einbauräumen pro-
blemlos eingesetzt. Das extrem kom-
pakte Gehäuse und das robuste Edel-
stahlband, welches durch das Gehäuse
geführt wird, tragen dazu bei, dass das
System beinahe geräuschlos arbeitet.
Die Installation – ein Kinderspiel
Nichts ist schlimmer als eine komplexe
und langwierige Installation. Ein Allein-
stellungsmerkmal ist die kinderleichte
Montage. Das System wird mit einem
Montage-Kit geliefert. Das robuste Edel-
stahlband wird am Schachtkopf einfach
an einem im Montage-Set enthaltenem
Karabinerhaken eingehängt und in der
Schachtgrube mit demFederelement be-
festigt. ImVergleich zu anderenMesssys-
temenmüssen beimKübler Messsystem
keine weiteren Befestigungselemente
oder ähnliches für die Installation des
Systems hinzugefügt werden. Zudem
ist das Edelstahlband sehr robust und
verzeiht entstandene Kratzer oder Knicke
bei der Installationen.

Das Messsystem ist für Förderhöhen
bis zu 392 Metern mit einer Auflösung
von 1 mm ausgelegt und somit für 99,9%
alle Aufzüge weltweit geeignet. Kübler
bietet drei möglichen Varianten mit den
relevanten Schnittstellen der Aufzugs-
branche an:
– LEB, Basis-Variante
– LES, Safe-Variante SIL3-
zertifiziert
– LES, Safe-Variante +

Eliminierung zusätzlicher Sensorik
spart Kosten
Mit dem Einsatz wird eine Vielzahl an
Komponenten wie Magnetschalter im
Aufzugsschacht überflüssig. Dies redu-
ziert die Komplexität und die Installati-
onszeit erheblich.

presenting its latest sensor solutions.
Kübler has been providing sturdy,
reliable encoders to the best-known
names in the industry for years. Kübler
created a new measuring system for
absolute shaft copying, inspired by
the idea “everything from one source.”
Moreover, this system is SIL3-certified
and as a result meets the requirements
o f the recently introduced standards
EN 81-20 and EN 81-50.
Absolute shaft copying
The measuring system is
mounted directly in the lift
car, thus ensuring permanent
recording of the absolute po-
sition. The absolute position
feedback makes a reference
trip unnecessary in the event of
a power failure, since absolute
position values with a resolu-
tion of 1 mm are available at all
times up to a total conveyance
height of up to 392 m. This not
only saves time and costs, but
enhances the availability of the
lift, to the benefit of all lift users. Conse-
quently, unnecessary reference / learning
trips are a thing of the past.
New standards in terms of
compactness and sturdiness
Currently, it is the most compact meas-
uring system for absolute shaft copying
(135 x 45 x 33 mm). The system can also
be deployed even in the most cramped in-
stallation spaces in the event of retrofitting,
modernisations or in existing buildings / lift
shafts or new installations. The extremely
compact housing and robust stainless
steel belt that runs around the housing
contribute to the virtually silent operation
of the system.
Installation – child’s play
There is nothing worse than complex,
long drawn-out installation. Such effort-
less assembly is a USP. The system is
delivered with an assembly kit. The sturdy
stainless belt is simply suspended from a
spring hook included in an assembly set
and attached in the shaft pit with a spring
element. Compared to other measuring
systems, no other attachment elements or
anything of the kind need to be added for
the installation of the system in the Kübler
measuring kit. In addition, the stainless
steel belt is very strong and can withstand
scratching or bending during installation.
The ideal solution for every
requirement
The measuring system is designed for
conveyance heights of up to 392 m with a
resolution of 1 mm, making it suitable for
99.9%of all lifts worldwide. Küber provides
three possible versions with the relevant
interfaces of the lift industry:
– LEB, basic version
– LES, safe version SIL3-certified
– LES, safe version + evaluation unit +
UCM module
All safety and lift functions will be present-
ed live with a demonstrator
Elimination of additional sensors
saves costs
The installation renders many com-
ponents superfluous in the lift shaft,
such as magnetic switches. This
greatly reduces complexity and the
installation time.
