Fahrtreppen ist auch auf der In-
terlift erste Anlaufstelle der Branche. In
mehr als 20 Jahren hat sich Hauer zum

Das österreichische Unternehmen
View Elevator zeigt auf der In-
terlift eine Weltneuheit. Unter
dem Titel „Smart Elevator Safety“ wur-
de gemeinsam mit der Fachhochschule
Hagenberg (Oberösterreich) ein kame-
ragesteuertes Notrufsystem für Aufzüge
entwickelt, das in der schwäbischen
Metropole seinen Erstauftritt erlebt.
Mehrere Vorteile für Betreiber
View Elevator ist mit seinemMultimedia
Display seit zwei Jahren erfolgreich am
Markt. Die Innovation wurde vomTeam
rund umGeschäftsführer Johannes Scho-
ber entwickelt.Der Betreiber hat mehrere
Vorteile bei Nutzung des Systems. Infor-
mationen können angezeigt und Kosten
gespart werden.
Inzwischen sind bereits mehr als 100
Aufzüge mit dem innovativen Display
ausgestattet. Durch eine Kooperation
mit der Kone AG, die dem Unterneh-
men View im Jahr 2017 mindestens 500
View Tablets für Österreich abnimmt,
steigt die Zahl der installierten Geräte
sprunghaft an. Der Abschluss des Ko-
operationsvertrags mit Kone hat einen
Auftragswert von 1,2 Millionen Euro.
Mindestens ebenso wichtig ist aber die
Entscheidung des Aufzugbauers für das
System von View. „Das zeigt nämlich“,
so Johannes Schober, „dass der renom-
mierte Konzern nach strengen Tests die
Sicherheit hat, dass sichView problemlos
in die Aufzugsanlagen einbauen lässt.“
Barrierefreies Notrufsystem
Seitens der österreichischen Bundesbe-
hindertenanwaltschaft wurde attestiert,
dass „das Notrufsystem vor allem für
stark Seh- und Hörbeeinträchtigte und
gehörlose Menschen von Bedeutung ist.
Das SystemvonView ist -
her sprechen wir uns sehr dafür aus, dass
sich die Aufzugshersteller und -betreiber
intensiver damit auseinandersetzen.“
View Display bietet
Zusatzinformationen
Das 15 Zoll große, dynamische Display
vonViewPromotion bietet für alle Nutzer
wichtige Zusatzinformationen. Grundla-
ge ist ein Bildschirm, der gleichzeitig als
Werbefläche dient. Ein Sprachnotrufmo-
dul ermöglicht es Personen mit visueller
Beeinträchtigung mittels Sprache zu
kommunizieren und das System zu steu-
ern. Das dynamische Display ist zudem
mit Tasten ausgestattet. Damit kann ein
einfaches Menü bedient werden. Men-
schen mit eingeschränkter Feinmotorik
kommt zu Gute, dass die Druckknöpfe
auf minimalen Druck reagieren.

world first. Under the title “Smart
Elevator Safety” a camera-controlled emer-
gency call system for lifts has been devel-
oped, which will be unveiled in Augsburg.
Several advantages for operators
View Elevator has been successful on the
market for two years with its multimedia
display. The innovation was developed
by the team around managing director
Johannes Schober. There are several
advantages for operators to using the
system. Information can be displayed and
costs saved.
Over a hundred lifts have now been
equipped with the innovative display.
Thanks to cooperation with Kone AG,
which has bought at least 500 View tab-
lets for Austria from View, the number of
devices installed has grown rapidly. The
cooperation agreement concluded with
Kone is worth 1.2 million euros. But the lift
builder’s decision for the View system is at
least as important. “This shows,” according
to Johannes Schober, “that this renowned
group can be certain after strict tests that
View can be integrated in its lifts without
any problems.”
Barrier-free emergency call system
The Austrian Federal Handicapped At-
torney’s Office has certified that “the
emergency call system is in particular
important for those with vision and hearing
impairments and the deaf. The View sys-
tem is convincing. Consequently, we are
in favour of more intensive involvement of
lift manufacturers and operators with it.”
View Display provides additional
information
The 15-inch dynamic display from View
Promotion provides important additional
information for all users. The basis is a
monitor that serves simultaneously as
advertising surface. A speech emergency
call module permits people with visual
impairments to communicate via speech
and control the system. Furthermore, the
dynamic display is fitted with buttons,
which permit operating a simple menu.
People with restricted fine motor skills
benefit from the push-buttons reacting to
minimal pressure.
