In Hall 9 the company is pre-
senting its new system for de-
terring burglaries in installed
condition. This enables fair
stand visitors to experience
the advantages and functions
regarding security, energy
saving, noise protection and
design.
Basis: tried and tested
components
Thenewsecurity roller shutter
Safe light was designed with
the tried-and-tested com-
ponents of the heroal roller
shutter system. It is based on
the mini roller shutter rod HL
837 with corresponding ma-
terial thickness and special
foam mixture. The premium
rod was combined with the
anti-lift system “click stop”
and an especially strong ex-
truded guidance rail, which
permits a roller shutter pen-
etration depth of 40 mm. This
makes it hard to push up or
quickly dislodge the roller
shutter. Extruded angle strips
and panels also form part of
the solution, further increas-
ing the security standard.

As one of the leading alumin-
ium system providers, heroal
develops and produces per-
fectly coordinated systems
for roller shutters, roller
doors, windows, doors and
facades for new and exist-
ing buildings. Consequently,
all of the building envelope
components cooperate for
maximum efficiency. As a
result, the system solution
heroal Safe light achieves
heat transition coefficient
improvements of up to 44
percent in combination with
heroal windows.
