Zum Schwelmer Symposium im Juni, der
traditionsreichen Vortragsveranstaltung
der Liftbranche, die in diesem Jahr zum15.
Mal von der Henning GmbH, dem VFA In-
terlift und dem Liftreport veranstaltet wird,
lädt nun auch das LIFTjournal als neuer
Medienpartner ein.
Am 26. und 27. Juni treffen sich wie seit 14
Jahren wieder zahlreiche Experten aus der
Liftbranche imGolfhotelVesper in Sprock-
hövel, um mit 20 Referenten aktuelle Fra-
gestellungen rund um die Lifttechnologie
zu diskutieren. Neben den traditionell
wichtigen Themen wie Normen und Be-
triebsicherheitsver-
ordnung geht es um
neueTechnologien im
Aufzugbau, um Digi-
talisierung und Ver-
netzung und umneue
Methoden für die
Wartung von Aufzü-
gen und Fahrtreppen.
Sicherheitsfragen wie
Brandüberwachung
und der Schutz vor
Vandalismus spielen
in diesem Jahr eine
besonders wichtige
Rolle.
Am Montagabend
laden dieVeranstalter
zum traditionellen,
gemütlichen Grillabend ein. Ein Künstler
aus der Region wird für kurzweilige Stun-
den sorgen.
Ein „Golfturnier und Schnuppergolfen“
soll die Veranstaltung am vorangehen-
den Sonntag bereichern. Wer mitspielen

zu einem Small Talk ein.

The Schwelm Symposium in June, the
long-standing lecture event of the lift
industry, which will be staged for the
fifteenth time by HenningGmbH, the VFA
Interlift and Lift Report, now also has the
LIFTjournal as a newmedia partner.
On 26 and 27 June numerous experts from the
lift industry will once again meet in the golf
hotel in Sprockhövel as for the last 14 years,
in order to discuss current issues related to
lift technology with 20 speakers. Apart from
traditional subjects, such as standards and the
Operational Safety Ordinance, it will deal with
new technologies in lift construction, digitali-
sation, networking and new methods for the
maintenance of lifts and escalators. Security
questions, like fire monitoring and protection
against vandalism, will play an especially impor-
tant role this year.
On the Monday evening the organisers will
issue an invitation to the traditional, convivial
evening grill. An artist from the region will
provide entertainment.
On the Sunday before the event will be enriched
with a “golf tournament” and “golf try-out.”
