Tore und Sonnenschutz.
In diesem Rahmen veran-
stalten die Messe Stuttgart
und das ift Rosenheim die
Sonderschau „effizient +
sicher“. Anhand innova-
tiver Exponate führender
Hersteller wird gezeigt,
dass ein energieeffizientes
Gebäude ohne leistungsfä-
higen Sonnenschutz nicht
mehr auskommt. Auch au-
tomatische Türen und Tore
bieten ein großes Potenzial
für Energieeinsparungen
und ein Plus an Komfort
und Sicherheit.

The world number one fair
R+T offers about 800 exhibi-
tors from around the world a
presentation platform for the
entire spectrum from the sec-
tors roller shutters, doors and
sun protection. The Messe
Stuttgart organisation and
ift Rosenheim stage the spe-
cial show “efficient + secure”
within this context. Based on
innovative exhibits of lead-
ing manufacturers, it is made
clear that an energy efficient
building can no longer man-
age without efficient sun pro-
tection. Automatic doors and
gates offer great potential for
energy saving too and addi-
tional comfort and security.

sierten Mitglieder – Her-

ren und Torkomponenten,
sowie Torfachhändler mit
eigener/m Vertrieb, Bera-
tung, Montage und Service
– ist das Format der R+T
Gold wert: Der dreijährige
Messerhythmus begüns-
tigt eine Fülle innovati-
ver oder weiterentwickel-
ter Produkte, auf die der
Tormarkt stets von neuem
wartet. Fachhandelsori-
entierte Besucher sind für
viele mittelständischeAus-
steller, die nur über eine
schlanke Vertriebsstruktur
verfügen, die willkomme-
nen Absatzmittler im In-
und vor allem im Ausland
– aber auch viele Baupla-
ner/Bauherren von Indus-
triebauten finden den Weg
nach Stuttgart. Umge-
kehrt entdecken Fachbe-
sucher neben den Main-
stream-Produkten nur auf
der R+T Problemlösungen
und Sonderanwendungen
aus und für den Torsektor.
Zudem lockt die geballte
Phalanx der ausstellenden
Komponentenhersteller,
Hersteller, Konfektionärs-,
Montage- und Service-
betriebe aus dem In- und
Ausland nach Stuttgart.

For the members – manufac-
turers of (industrial) door and
door components and spe-
cialist door dealers with their
own sales, advice, assembly
and service organised in the
BVT the format of R+T is in-
valuable: the three-year fair
rhythm favours a multitude
of innovative or further de-
veloped products, which the
door market is always looking
for. Specialist trade visitors
are welcome sales mediators
on the domestic and above
all foreign markets for many
SME exhibitors, which only
have modest sales structures.
Moreover, many construction
planners/building owners of
industrial buildings come to
Stuttgart. Conversely, trade
visitors discover problem so-
lutions and special applica-
tions from and for the door
sector only at the R+T, apart
from the mainstream prod-
ucts. In addition, the solid
mass of components manu-
facturers, manufacturers, fin-
ished system, assembly and
service companies from Ger-
many and abroad lure visitors
to Stuttgart.

Wie nicht anders zu er-
warten, sind die Messe-
hallen erneut bis auf den
letzten Platz gefüllt. Auch
unser ITRS ist wieder mit
einem Informationsstand
vertreten. In diesem Jahr
werden wir nicht nur auf
unsere Mitglieder aus den
Bereichen Sonnenschutz,
Rollladen und Automati-
on treffen. Die Hersteller
und Konfektionäre von Di-
gitaldruck zeigen in einem
Seminar am 1. März u. a.
eine neue Richtlinie „Kon-
fektionierung Digitalbe-
druckter Großflächen im
Außenbereich“. Ebenfalls
pünktlich zur R+T stellt
der Fachausschuss Raffs-
toren die „Richtlinien zur
Beurteilung von Produkt-
eigenschaften von Raffs-
toren“ vor. Wir freuen uns
auf die Gespräche mit un-
seren Mitgliedern und vie-
len Besuchern.

As was to be expected, the
fair halls are once again fully
booked. Our ITRS is once
again represented by an inter-
national stand. This year we
will not just meet our mem-
bers from the sun protection,
roller shutter and automation
sectors. The manufacturers
and producers of digital print-
ing will among other things
demonstrate a new guideline
in a seminar on 1 March “Pro-
duction of large digitally print-
ed outdoor surfaces.” The
expert committee on exterior
blinds will likewise present
the “Guidelines on assessing
the product characteristics of
exterior blinds” for the R+T:
we look forward to talks with
our members and many visi-
tors.
