The LiftEquip Modkit consists of a
gearless drive, mounted on a pow-
der coated sling. This sling-con-
struction is flexible and can be used for
nearly every application, due to the freely
selectable rope clearance dimension.
The ModKit can be used for nominal loads
of max. 1000 kg. In addition to that it is
available in 2 versions: Suspension 1:1
and 2:1. For the 2:1 version LiftEquip of-
fers a so called pulley frame, which can
be mounted on the counterweight, as well
as on the car. Its free moving construc-
tion prevents the development of rope
torsions.
Our client may also choose between dif-
ferent possibilities of the drive mount-
ing on the sling. The ModKit is avail-
able in left and right version.
Thus the new ModKit is the opti-
mal solution for replacing existing
geared drive systems with gear-
less drives.

Das ModKit von LiftEquip umfasst
einen Gearless-Antrieb mon-

Rahmen. Diese Rahmen-Konstruktion
ist flexible und somit nahezu überall
einsetzbar durch das frei wählbare Seil-

Das ModKit lässt sich bei einer Nennlast
von max. 1000 kg einsetzen. Darüber
hinaus ist es als 1:1 oder 2:1 Ausführung
erhältlich. Für die 2:1 Ausführung
bietet LiftEquip sogenannte Rol-
lenadapter an, die sowohl
am Fahrkorb als auch
am Gegengewicht

hungen verhindern.

bau an den Rahmen. Das ModKit
ist sowohl als links- als auch als
rechts-Ausführung erhältlich.

Strack Lift Automation stellt zur in-
terlift ein neues Aufzugsteuerungs-
system MULTiBUS® vor, das die
Wende einläutet zu einer neuen Gene-
ration von leistungsstarken Steuerungen,
die weit verbreitete Standardtechnologi-
en der Industrie nun auch bei Aufzügen
zugänglich und bezahlbar macht.
MULTiBUS® ist ein vollkommen mo-
dular aufgebautes Steuerungs- und
Tableausystem, das für einfache sowie
beliebig komplexe Aufzüge verwendet
wird. Alle Aufzugarten im Neubau und
der Modernisierung können mit allen
ihren Besonderheiten wirtschaftlich und
energieeffizient bedient werden. Somit
setzt die Strack Lift Automation ihre
Einproduktestrategie bei Steuerungen
für die nächsten Jahrzehnte fort. Unter
Verwendung modernster Technologien
werden Kunden und Betreiber weiter-
hin den Vorteil genießen, ihr einmal
erworbenes Know-how auch Jahre später
verwenden zu können und Folgekosten
für Ersatzteile gering zu halten.

Die HauptmoduleMaster, PBK undmul-
timedia arbeiten mit Echtzeit-Linux und
haben jeweils 3 Ethernet-Anschlüsse,
2x USB, 2x 485Link, 1x Audio-Stereo-In/
Out, etc. Sie verfügen somit unter Ver-
wendung einheitlicher Verkabelungen
über alle Möglichkeiten, sich über den
MULTiBUS®-Master mit Firmennetz-
werken, Gebäudebussystemen und dem
Internet zu verbinden. DerMULTiBUS®-
Master beinhaltet dafür eine eigene
Firewall und weitere strenge Schutzme-
chanismen.
Antriebseinheiten, wie z.B. Frequenzum-
richter, können klassisch über I/O, über
DCP(3+4) und über Ethernet angesteuert
werden.
Durch die Ethernet-Vernetzung stehen
erweiterte Selbst- und Ferndiagnosen
mit gleichzeitigemZugriff durchmehrere
Anwender, praktisch verzögerungsfreie
Zusatzfunktionen wie Online-Fahr-
kurvenaufzeichnungen, Remote-Soft-
ware-Update, Inhaltaktualisierungen für
Multimediasysteme etc. zur Verfügung.
MULTiBUS® bietet ebenfallsOffenheit für
externeGeräteundPC-Technik,was nahe-
zu unbegrenzte Möglichkeiten schafft.
Der Einsatz der neuen leistungsfähigen
und stromsparenden Steuerungsgenera-
tion steht noch am Anfang. Eine Grenze
der Möglichkeiten ist nicht in Sicht.

Strack Lift Automation is presenting
a new lift control system for the
interlift, MULTiBUS®, which signals
the switch to a new generation of high
performance controls, which will nowmake
common industrial standard technologies
available and affordable for lifts too.
MULTiBUS ® is a control and console sys-
tem, completely modular in design, used
both for simple and more complex lifts of
all kinds. All types of lifts in new construc-
tion and modernisation with all their special
features can be served with it economically
and in an energy-efficient manner. Hence,
Strack Lift Automation will consistently
pursue its one-product strategy in controls
in the coming decades. Using the latest
technologies customers and operators
will continue to enjoy the advantage of
being able to employ the know-how they
once acquired even years later and keep
subsequent costs for spare parts low.
The modules of the MULTiBUS® systems
are for example

soles)
• SCM (safety circuit for great convey-
ance heights)
• HC1 and HC2 (plug-in lift cable dis-
tributor)
• multimedia (display that can be
changed via remote access in dif-
ferent sizes, video, voice announce-
ment, duplex communication, music,
announcements)
• digidot and digimini (plug-in point
matrix display with bus and button
connection)
• pb and sb (plug-in) short travel and
sensor switches for metal and glass
consoles)
The main modules master, PBC and
multimedia work with real time Linux and
each have three Ethernet connections, 2 x
USB, 2 x 485Link, 1 x audio-stereo in/out,
etc. Consequently, using uniform cabling
they have all the options to connect via
the MULTiBUS ® master with company
networks, building bus systems and the
Internet. For this purpose the MULTiBUS®
master has its own firewall and additional
strict protective mechanisms.
Drive units, such as frequency convert-
ers can be triggered classically via I/O,
DCP(3+4) and Ethernet.
Thanks to the Ethernet network, expanded
self- and remote diagnoses with simultane-
ous access by several users, practically
delay-free additional functions like online
travel curve recordings, remote software
updates, content updates for multimedia
systems, etc., are available. MULTiBUS ®
likewise provides openness for external
devices and PC technology, which creates
almost unlimited possibilities.
The use of new efficient and electricity
saving control generations is still in its
infancy. The limits of what is possible are
not yet visible.
