The new redundant Warema

emergency blind system has a

specially developed emergen-

cy controller, which controlls

and monitors an emergency

power supply, an emergency

motor and a standard exter-

nal venetian blind. All pos-

sible optional sensors ca be

connected up to activate an

“emergency”.

Die Reinigungsmaschine TFR

2200 ist ein innovatives System

zur professionellen Reinigung

von technischen Textilien wie

z.B.Rollos,Plissees,Flächenvor-

hänge, Screens und sonstigen

textilen Rollenbahnen. Die

Sonnenschutzanlagen kön-

nen erstmals in unzerlegtem

Zustand mittels 2 rotierenden

waagerechtpositioniertenBür-

stenwalzen gereinigt werden.

EinAusfransen, Stauchen oder

Verknicken des Reinigungs-

guts ist ausgeschlossen, da der

gesamte Reinigungsprozess in

gerolltem Zustand erfolgt.

Durch Veränderung der Rota-

tionsgeschwindigkeit der Bür-

stenwalzen und der Zugwelle

kann auf die heutigen am

Markt befindlichen Sonnen-

schutzstoffe und deren unter-

schiedlicher Verschmutzung

speziell reagiert werden.

über eine speziell entwi-

ckelte Notfallsteuerung, die

eine Stromversorgung, einen

Notraffmotor und einen Stan-

dardraffstore kontrolliert und

überwacht. Es können alle

denkbaren optionalen Sen-

soren für eine Notfallauslö-

sung angeschlossen werden.

Zwei unabhängige Mikro-

The cleaning machine TFR

2200 is an innovative system

for professional cleaning of

technical textiles such as roller

blinds, pleats, panel curtains,

screens and other textile roller

conveyors. The solar protec-

tion systems can initially be

cleaned while assembled with

two rotating, parallel-mount-

ed brush rollers. There is no

risk of fraying, compressing

or snapping of the items be-

ing cleaned, since the entire

cleaning process occurs while

they are rolled up.

By varying the rotation speed

of the brush rollers and pull-

ing shaft it is possible to react

in special ways to the solar

protection materials currently

available on the market and

their different kinds of soiling.

The precise brush overlap-

ping which can be varied to

a tenth of a millimetre in ad-

dition takes account of the

fabric thickness and latest

coatings, such as aluminium

vapour plating, Perlex coat-

ing, antiseptic and antistatic

coatings.
