Sollte dennoch ein Einsatz vor Ort nötig sein, ist die Fehlersuche einfacher und die Stö- rungen können einfacher und schneller beseitigt werden. Der Techniker wird zukünftig durch einen virtuellen Coach unterstützt. Der virtuelle Coach verwendet Big Data, Aufzugsinformationen der Vergangenheit und KI-Technologie, um den Tech- niker bei der Lösungsfindung zu unterstützen. ENERGIEVERBRAUCH NOCHMALS DEUTLICH GESENKT Natürlich folgt die neue Aufzugssteuerung auch dem Hydroware-Motto der einfachen Installa tion. Das Einbinden von CANopen Lift Devices ist kinderleicht über die Menüoberfläche zu er- ledigen. Somit wird das Einbinden von Schacht- kopierungen oder Türantrieben einfach gemacht. Weitere Neuerungen: Die neue Energierück- einspeisung des Modells VICI durch Energierück- gewinnung während der Abfahrten lässt den Energieverbrauch nochmals deutlich sinken und auch der Hausanschlusswert liegt weitere zehn Prozent unter dem des heutigen VIDI. In addition to operating and configuring the lift, you also get access to a wide range of historical and real-time information. A NEW ERA FOR TECHNICIANS Remote access is possible for technicians, as well as for Hydroware engineers, which enable them to work together if support is necessary. A cus- tomer-specific web portal allows remote access where the technician can monitor the health and status, carry out diagnoses and change settings. This means: Not every parameter assignment, disruption or error message requires an on-site action from the technician. Although, if on-site efforts are necessary, troubleshooting is more straightforward and disruptions can be eliminated more easily and quickly. The Virtual Coach uses big data, histo- rical behaviour and AI-technology to help the technician reach the solution. SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN ENERGY CONSUMPTION Of course, the new lift controller also aligns to the Hydroware motto of easy installation. Integrating CANopen-LIFT devices is easily made via the HMI. This simplifies the integrati- on of shaft information or door drives etc. Other new fea- tures: the new energy recove- ry feature of the VICI model during down trips leads to a significant re- duction in energy consumption and the power demand is another ten percent below the current VIDI.
