12 Unternehmen / Companies Auf der R+T 2015 präsentierte heroal erstmals den neuen Geschäftsbereich Sonnenschutz als Systemlösung für den Konfektionär und schreibt eine Er- folgsgeschichte in dem Bereich. Vie- le Kunden nutzen die neuen Möglich- keiten für ihren Geschäftserfolg – zum Beispiel die Firma Sipral a. s., einer der führenden Metallverarbeiter in Tsche- chien. Sipral a. s. plante die Umset- zung und stattete mit heroal den Ge- bäudekomplex AFI Vokovice in Prag mit über 800 Elementen des Systems heroalVS Z aus. Rundum ausgestattet mit System Das Zip-Screen-System heroal VS Z ist ein vielseitiger textiler Sonnenschutz, wird vor dem Fenster montiert und kann in seiner Transparenz und Farbe variieren. Durch Reflektion des Son- nenlichts bietet es eine Reduzierung der Sonneneinstrahlung um bis zu 75 Prozent, ohne dass auf natürliches Ta- geslicht verzichtet werden muss. So ge- währleistet das System an heißen Ta- gen ein angenehmes Raumklima und ermöglicht die Regulierung der Raum- atmosphäre. Gleichzeitig schafft es ei- nen optimalen Blend-, Sicht- und Hit- zeschutz. Es ermöglicht eine Ersparnis bei den Kühl- und Heizkosten imVer- gleich zu klassischer Wärmeschutzver- glasung, da derWärmeeintritt je nach Bedarf gezielt gesteuert wer- den kann. Gleichzeitig wird die UV-Strahlung um bis zu 98 Pro- zent gefiltert. Neben dem heroal VS Z wurden beide Gebäudeteile des Gebäu- dekomplexes AFIVokovice mit weiteren hochwertigen heroal Sys- temen ausgestattet: ca. 30 Elemente des Türsystems heroal D 72, ca. 1000 objektbezogene Sonderprofile des Fenstersystems heroal W 72, ca. 900 Quadratmeter Fassade heroal C 50 HI rund um die Einkaufspassage im Erdgeschoss und ca. 600 Lüftungs- klappen heroal W 72VF. Many customers are leveraging the new possibilities and achieving success in their own businesses – such as Sipral a.s., one of the leading metal processing companies in the Czech Republic. Sipral a.s. planned the implementation and with heroal fitted out the AFI Vokovice building complex in Prague using over 800 elements from the heroal VS Z system. System-fitted to perfection The heroal VS Z Zip Screen System is a versatile textile sun protec- tion system that can be installed in front of the window and can vary in transparency and colour. By reflecting the sunlight, it reduces solar radiation by up to 75 percent without sacrificing natural day- light. The system ensures a pleasant room climate on hot days and allows the room atmosphere to be adjusted. At the same time, it provides optimum anti-glare, privacy and heat protection. Com- pared to conventional thermal insulation glazing, it saves money in terms of cooling and heating costs as the heat input can be con- trolled as required. UV radiation is also filtered by up to 98 percent. Beside the heroal VS Z, both sections of the AFI Vokovice building complex were fitted with other high-quality heroal systems: approx. 30 heroal D 72 door system elements, approx. 1000 property-relat- ed special profiles of the heroal W 72 window system, approx. 900 square metres of heroal C 50 HI curtain wall around the shopping arcade on the ground floor, and approx. 600 heroal W 72 VF ventila- tion dampers. Ecologically sustainable A thoroughly worthwhile investment in light of the envisaged LEED certification for the AFI Vokovice building, since the ecological foot- print of aluminium is a key aspect of sustainability. The energy effi- ciency of the installed elements is also taken into account, while at the same time using as little material as possible: heroal uses up to 85 percent recycled aluminium in the production of the complete system portfolio. Compared to new aluminium, 95 percent less en- ergy is used without compromising the quality. Aluminium systems are also very durable. This is thanks to its extraordinary weather resistance, the natural corrosion protection and the high material stability.
