t the interlift Hans & Jos. Kro-

nenberg GmbH presents an

all-purpose pushbutton system

that offers four visually different push-

button versions. A round pushbutton

with a diameter of 34 mm, a square

pushbutton with an edge length of 34

mm as well as a rectangular model with

the dimensions 45 x 34 mm and 43 x 28

mm are available. The latter serves as

replacement for the previous pushbut-

ton system QA. The pushbutton system

UT is an economically priced, modern

pushbutton system that should be used

in the standard operating panels of

Hans & Jos. Kronenberg GmbH in the

future. The system has been designed

for control voltages of 12 V and 24 V.

With the HZTK Kronenberg presents

a new, innovative safety switch with

forced actuation. This switch which

can be used as door closed switch

and switch for locking mechanism and

is available in two models. Together

with the standard design (HZTK-1) a

higher model is available (HZTK-2) at

which the connection cables can be

laid on the underside of the switch. If

used as switch for locking mechanism

the supervision function is guaranteed

despite the low forces of the locking

mechanism (hook lock) and a possible

backlash of the doors up to for 4mm.

By flexible connection possibilities

(sideways and underside) the switch

can be connected comfortably in almost

all common operating positions. High

contact safety by self-cleaning contacts

with silver plate and a permanent and

safe connection with screw terminals

with pull slide system ensure a reliable

operation. With more than 10 million

mechanical switchings a long service

life is guaranteed.

die Europäischen Richtlinien, Normen

Cobianchi Liftteile AG ist heute eine

spezialisierte Herstellerfirma von Si-

cherheitsbauteilen, die ein schmales

Produktsegment sehr tief abdecken

kann. Der interessierte Kunde kann

heute aus vier Produktgenerationen

und über vierzig Typen, seine, ihm

am besten entsprechende Lösung,

auswählen. Der Vielfalt in Design und

Anbaumöglichkeiten sind konstruktiv

dukten für kleine Personenaufzüge

erwirbt oder vor 25 Jahren eine Fang-

vorrichtung gekauft hat, sieht einem

Umbau der Anlage gelassen entgegen.

Für jeden gebauten Typ gibt es heute

einen passenden Ersatz, ohne dass der

alte Fangrahmen umgebaut werden

muss. Rasche und richtige Ersatzteil-

lieferungen sind auch 20 Jahre nach

Erstlieferung aufgrund des straffen

Halbfabrikatemanagements Standard.

ponent manufacturers, it is necessary to

provide themarket with cost-efficient, safe

components which must often conform

to new additional requirements. The new

demands do not always seem to be rea-

sonable to us. The European guidelines,

standards and technical regulations are

not always consistent. As we all know,

their interpretation is often left to the

reader. The relevant translation into the

languages makes matters worse. In this

environment, everymanufacturer, focused

on sustainability, has to clearly position

their products and wonder about the

future alignment of their range.

Today, Cobianchi Liftteile AG is a special-

ised manufacturing company of safety

components, which is able to cover a

small produce segment very extensively.

Nowadays, the interested client can

select the solution best suited to them

from four product generations and over

forty types. Constructively, there is no

limit to the diversity in design and add-

on options. As well as products for small

passenger elevators, Cobianchi also

offers system solutions for heavy load

elevators, hydraulic platforms, conveyor

systems and fairground rides. Two safety

catches have also been developed for

round rails. Sustainability is a central

focus for Cobianchi. Anyone who pur-

chases a safety catch or bought a safety

catch 25 years ago does not have to

worry about retrofitting the system. For

every installed type, there is a suitable

replacement nowadays without the old

safety frame having to be modified. Due

to the strict subassembly management,

quick and correct replacement part

deliveries come as standard, even 20

years after the first delivery. Technical

and commercial consultation is ensured

by our long-standing employees. If re-

quired, special requests are checked, 3D

files provided, delivery dates shortened

or even pro-rate customer warehouse

management taken on.

market with brake safety catches and

emergency brakes in the future. As the
